Our kiddos, toddler and infant, sees Dr. Walden and I am pleased with her care and service. She addresses my concerns and takes the time to discuss them.

We also like Mr. Carl. He has a kind and calm demeanor, perfect with kids.

The receptionists are always pleasant.

I worked in medical field myself, hospital and clinics. The 15 minute check in time is just appropriate. That gives you time to check in and fill out necessary forms. One form asks you about your concerns you might want to discuss while you have your appointment. The receptionist will then put that in the system, your doctor will review that, the room will be prepared, and then you will be seen.

Yes, it's inconvenient when your appointment is canceled. But if they accommodate everyone being late then that puts them behind with the following appointments, especially the person next to you who arrived, if not on time, possibly even earlier.

One star is too many. Exceptionally poor customer service. Had our 3-year-old daughter’s appointment rescheduled multiple times, including changing locations on us and moving the dates. When the day finally arrived, we got to the office six minutes after the checkin time and nine minutes before the official appointment time. Was told we would not be seen because we were late and thus a “no show.” SIX MINUTES, and not even past the appointment time — past the check-in time. This is a “family” practice, staffing pediatricians. Any one who has raised kids knows sometimes getting out the door is hard, especially with young children. The manager refused to come out from their office to talk in person when we asked for clarification. A harsh, rigid policy, and a tone-deaf staff lacking compassion and common sense. No, thanks!

Awesome pediatricians. They have always taken great care of our daughter. They are pretty booked up so you have to make appointments well in advance but there’s probably a reason for that. A lot of personal care and patience with children. I’m thinking the rest of these reviews are people who just like to not be happy no matter what’s going on.

Bonus: they handled all our issues with tricare which can be a real hassle.

Extremely rude receptionist. Was told when I arrived that my check in time was earlier than what they’d told me when I made the appointment AND when they called the day before. This happened at my sons two week and 2 month check ups. Not what a mom of a brand new baby and a toddler needs. They’ve lost my business for good.

The receptionist is always cheerful and helpful. The nursing staff is very attentive to the things my kids go on and on about. We love Dr Walden!

Will not go back. My son has pink eye which they diagnosed, we left for vacation and I forgot the drops and they would not call in another prescription and said I needed to see a dr nearby. Absolutely ridiculous!

Well it appears Practice not accepting new patients even though stated they are on website. I guess one Doctor leaving practice so limits them on seeing new patients.
