Doctor Nguyen is great, the only reason why I am giving this place 1 star is because they have new staff. Marcy and Anne arre very rude and unprofessional. Everytime I call and Anne answers she gives me attitude. Their new "manager" Marcy doesn't like to work too much, therefore she doesn't follow their business hours. Ever since the old manager, Arcelia left, this place isn't the same. Now they only see their patients and by appointment only. Before it was by appointment only for physicals, but if you were sick you would able to come as a walk in. It saddens me to have to find another doctor because I really like Dr. Nguyen but Marcy and Anne need to get retrained and treat their patients with respect and professionalism.

Ive been going here for over 2years now I give A 1 STAR BECAUSE THE DOCTORS THERE ARE NO GOOD AT ALL I ALWAYS GET AN ATTITUDE FROM DOCTORS dr Nguyen he never wants to give my children there asthma medication I have to go and pay the urgent care for over 2 years to get it when my children have proof there asthmatics i even showed proof of it and I got disrespected on 04/08/19 by dr by ANTON AMBROSE who works there as well I go there with really bad abdominal pain dieareah for over 3 months they new that as well it's on my file and refill for my diabetes, and high blood pressure medication the nurses wrote it down why I'm there for then he checks me out he write down I need a referral for gi ok thank God it's been three months ok I get the referral then he gets up and leave without excusing himself nothing without asking is there any else you need nothing and I'm like doctor I need my diabetes medication and stuff too very nicely I asked he gets in really mad and says rudely and mean u have a mental problem you wait till I get up to leave to tell me you need refills there's something wrong with you I even apologize to the doctor if I disrespected in any way and he said no sorry no sorry there is something wrong with you really you got a problem I said yeah I'm in bad pain i been going threw this for three months now I told you guys before too you dont want to give me any medication for my diarrhea this is how you talk to your patients like why did you get a medical license for he was really disrespectful I'm never going there again I'm never bringing my kids there again this was the last straw I'm done
