Super friendly staff, Dr. Mc Gill spends the time to with you listening to your symptoms to find the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend him and his staff for primary care. Like the fact that they have laboratory services on site also. No need to go elsewhere for those tests.

Without question the most inept office that prides themselves as professional medical people. I am on blood pressure medicine and have been for a very long time went to get my blood work 2 weeks ago to renew my prescription it has now been called in to their office from my pharmacy 14 times with no response. Ended up in the ER today with my blood pressure 280 / 190 stroke conditions thank you for trying to kill me Centralia wellness center. My husband had an appointment torn rotator cuff said they would refer him to radiology and orthopedic it took 7 weeks to get the MRI and then yet another 2 months to get the Referral for the orthopedic.. Both offices when I contacted them said this is very normal practice for this office and they both said absolutely the worst office for referrals in the state of Washington.
