I was a bit skeptical when I saw the 2 star review. But when I got there I was surprised to see a clean place with welcoming staff. The receptionist was super kind and the nurse made my son feel comfortable when he was otherwise very nervous. The wait time wasn’t even that long.

Centro medico in cathedral city has consistently been known for having bad service. I want to say that I understand that clinics can be busy and it can be overwhelming for staff so trying to keep the workload manageable is understandable however my recent visit to the clinic was not a great experience. When I checked in with the front desk and the patient next to me checked in as well with front staff they raise their voice and it did not seem like a welcoming staff. The clinic had just opened and there was NO ONE ELSE in the lobby. When my mother requested seeing a provider front desk staff instead gave her an appointment for another day. I’m not sure if staff reads these reviews but having over 200 reviews with only 2 stars says a lot about the quality of care and staff a this location. I hope the can be more flexible with accepting with walk ins especially when no one else is in the clinic.

“DAP because how you feel matters”
It's frustrating to feel neglected, especially when it comes to healthcare. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking proper medical attention. I have addressed my concerns to several staff members and with the referral manager Jovanna. however, there has been no follow up. I was told I would get a call back on Monday days go by and I just get their voicemail. Its been almost 2 months of this run around. In addition, they scheduled for 3 mammograms to be performed in the same year even though the results came out fine each time but we never got clarification about that either.

Just tried making an appointment over the phone and the young lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and rushed the whole conversation. She wouldnt give me details like the time of my appointment and when I asked for it she got annoyed that she had to go back. And when I was saying somthing about how she was talking to me she said "ok buh bye" and just hangs up on me. Just because I am poor dosent mean I am not a human. Treat us with some respect.

This place just sucks. I cannot express how unprofessional it is and dissatisfied I was. Definitely gonna have my family switch to another clinic. I don’t want my family&friends to get mistreated by rude employees or last minute cancellations. They should be a Fee if THEY cancel last minute like pay us what we were supposed to make but didn’t because we had to call off of work for nothing.

If you were looking for clinic to straight you around miscommunicate misinform and waste your time, this is the clinic for you time and time again I came in and was told to take a seat fill out paperwork to be called up to 30 minutes later to be told no ma’am, your schedule appointment is to be over the phone, not in person I respond. Why didn’t you tell me this when I was given this paperwork to fill out the locker responsibility and accountability insane all she tells me is that the person that made the schedule appointment should have told me that same and tell me it is in person, but unfortunately, the physician is locked out of her computer with the same sentence. She’s in Riverside on the road that doesn’t make sense. How is she locked out of her computer and at the same time on the road this is just one of my experiences , when I get the follow up call from an associate there to reschedule me. She seem frustrated with me because I went to express with them she says is best for us to just discharge a patient since it’s not working out with the physician. I said it’s working perfectly fine with me and it’s not working out with me in the clinic staff. All I’m asking is to be able to come to my scheduled appointment and see my position and I get around over the phone in person. It’s not today. she’s here to take accountability, and this is not the only experience I’ve had with this clinic. There’s many more this is just recent as a parent. I believe some of us could understand how difficult it is to your children into a new physicians office into an appointment to see the physician for this clinic to be professional , their staff and communication follow up follow through. You know what you expect from professional physicians, office or clinic or any professional setting to double check their work to communicate with one another. This is frustrating because this is our children’s health to be told. It’s just best that we dismiss you as a patient , I’m sorry you’re frustrated with me insane and all these words that I have communicated with the clinic and they’ still don’t care this conversation could’ve gone a total different way, but for the lack of professionalism, they just rather dismiss us who gets screwed because adults don’t know how to be responsible and do their jobs. Which entails communicating follow ups, follow through customer service and understanding that these people heath do better please

I called to make an appointment as a new patient to get a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. I completed the registration process over the phone which took 20+ minutes, and the soonest I could be seen was in six weeks! That was only two weeks before my surgery which was definitely too close for comfort but I had no choice, so I waited. Less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be there, the clinic called and left a message cancelling the appointment with no explanation. In a panic, I called them back and explained that I had been waiting for this surgery for over a year and it would be cancelled if l didn't get this clearance. The girl who answered the phone (an answering service) said not a single one of their doctors could see me, the next available appointment was a month away, and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to someone who actually works in the clinic, and she said she would ask someone to call me back. Of course no one ever did. But that's okay, because I'll never call them back either.

If you get Dr Charles Kim request another doctor. There is a language barrier and he was very dismissive of the sores on my back that have been there for 3 months saying that it was acne. He wasn't concerned about any of this other symptoms that are associated with acne. He didn't prescribe any medication. Or tell me what I could use for it.
