Brought my special needs daughter, It was closer to closing time on a Friday. She was seen by Dr. Rios. Upon Leaving he advised two different prescriptions he would be sending in. Since it was later in the day I figured I would wait until the following day to pick up. Unfortunately they were never sent in. I called the office & the staff was great! The girl on the phone was extremely helpful but the doctor on staff wouldn’t send the prescription because Rios was off & this doctor hadn’t seen my daughter….I am livid to say the least. Anyone that has a special needs child knows how difficult it can be to leave the home let alone to go to the doctor.

Cero stars Front desk rude and said aloud "I don't go to school for some Beach complaining about their waiting time in the lobby" so my answer to you is "You don't go to school to cut up lil decorations for Halloween either" shame on you and your parents.

DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Brought my daughter for a pink eye infection. Waited 20-30 in the lobby and another 20 minutes in the triage room. The doctor ( DR.ARIF) walked in and out literally spend less than a minute. All he said oh yeah pink eye and walked out. No explanation of nothing. I get it it’s non emergent but he has no bed side manners what’s so ever. I had to ask him if he was going to get her some eye drops and this and that cause he didn’t state anything.
I’ve called my pharmacy and.l nothing has been place. My daughter eye is worsening. I was told in the phone that there was a prescription. Ans nothing they can’t find anything. What a joke

Front office girls were really nice, but Dr. Abner Vilches! if you can even call him a doctor, he is horrible. No bed side manner, lack of communication, won't even let you speak or ask questions. Horrible horrible person that should not be working in healthcare.

Waited 45 minutes to an hour just to be taken back and told they do not have a primary doctor available and was turned away and recommended elsewhere. They are committing HIPPA by questioning patients in the lobby rather than taking them to a private area. Once you get back there they take your vitals and then share the new that there’s nobody to help you, basically getting paid out for seeing you for a short period of time. Wait so long just to be back there for 2 minutes. If you are in need of an emergency PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!

I had a great experience with DNP Russ Simon at urgent care. I was fortunate enough to receive care from this great provider during the second half of my visit. She showed compassion and understanding. Thank you for all you do and for being able to build patient trust, especially when one isn’t feeling their best. I’m more than grateful. Thank you.

I was not even given the opportunity to speak with a doctor. All communication was with the female doctors assistant who went backwards and forwards from me in the waiting room and the doctor in her room. She would not see me as she thought I should go to the emergency room at the hospital. How she would know this even without a consultation I don't know. All sorted now fortunately at the Eisenhower Centre in Palm Springs who were friendly, helpful and very professional..

Front Desk Administrators were very personable and friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately when I got to the PA he was vert short and did not listen to my cares or concerns. I explained I dont go to the doctor...before I finished my sentenced he said maybe you should. (didnt get to say only for checkups) He was adamant about pushing me through as I explained my concerns. Fortunately, another doctor stepped in to check me. The PA never touched me. As I tried to give the history of my concerns I could tell he really didnt want to hear it and exercised no compassion or an atmosphere to develop trust.
