I’ve been coming to this doctors office for years now, but today I had my worst experience yet. The ladies that run the counter and take vitals have always been so lovely and have never once made me uncomfortable, but I can’t say the same for the actual physicians. The woman who saw me today, who I don’t typically see, was incredibly rude and a little condescending. She (Heather) talked to me as if what I was saying to her was not of importance and was really just stupid for me to ask of. I’m going to try and find a new doctor to see. Like I said, the women who actually check you in and take your vitals and whatnot are always super welcoming, helpful, and overall respectful. I can’t get over how rude the physician was, however, and will not be returning.

Dr Cochran, NP- Jimenez and NP- Norris , Letty - the front desk miracle Maker cuz she can make miracles happen for you and help you in any way The possibly can and she will to get to you or your family to any of the doctors you may possibly need to go to any specialist or anything like that me my daughter my boyfriend my family absolutely love love all of these wonderful people at this office they are absolutely amazing we have all been going there now for 5 years and I can't say enough great things about all of them. I promise you if you take your family there you will never regret it ever and I and my family can say that with complete and total honesty. So if you need a physician nurse practitioner front desk out and there's one nurse there too I'm trying to remember her name she is amazing too She is bilingual as well as the lady at the front desk is bilingual and NP- JIMANEZ IT'S ALSO BILINGUAL SO EVEN IF YOU ONLY SPEAK SPANISH OR ENGLISH THEY CAN HELP YOU AND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE SO I URGE FOR ANYONE TO USE THEIR OFFICE THEY ARE AMAZING !

The actual doctor that owns the practice is never there you're only seen by nurse practitioners. If you have a real health problem I do not recommend going there. They diagnose my son as having strep throat and possible nail bed infection. I called back the next day because his symptoms were worse and no doctor or NP was there and it was 2 o'clock. I had to take him to the ER and he had mono. Routine physicals are only thing I feel comfortable taking my kids for. If Medicaid was not so hard to get switched to different location I would not go here.

Don't go to this office if you have health problems. They won't help you..and they won't send you to another doctor. They were supposed to get me in to see a neurologist over 6 mths ago and still haven't. Yet, they refuse to refill medicine unless I come in for an office visit for something that has already been determined as neurological..that they can't help me with. So, they want to bill my insurance company for a visit where no treatment of any kind is taking place, other than blood pressure check.

Was not pleased with this office what so ever. Every time I called the nurse line to figure out paperwork they'd never answer, or call back after leaving a message, even while calling their appointment line it rang for a few than went to voicemail during operating hours. Second part was one day I went to go by there since they would not answer their phones I found they were closed, yet their sign said lunch wasn't for another two hours. When I did have to meet the doctor for a referral she did not seem like she really cared to check me. The only reason I am giving a second star is because the receptionist was kind while talking in person (though whoever I did get a chance to speak to over the phone sounded very unpleasant to answer my question/need when I was only doing what another office stated I had to have done).

me and my 4 kids have ben going here for a whie now and all i can say is its a blessing very beautiful staff and doctors who really care. thank you family medical if i died yesterday and came back i would come right back here for me and my kids check up.
