My experience was great, I didn't know about them at first. A pharmacist recommended that I go because I needed a prescription filled and couldn't get a hold of my primary dr. I did a nurse, she was no help. Cermak Immediate Care helped me out, Thank you very much.

I have nothing, but good things to say about this place. Fast, Friendly, Accepted my insurance, and very helpful. Both the doctor and receptionist went above and beyond to take care of me. Definitely will be coming back and recommend to others!!!

After being sick with a sinus infection for a week, and it was not going away, I knew I needed the help of antibiotics. I called this location and asked if they took my insurance (Medicaid) which they do. I decided to head right over(10:30am). There was no one waiting at the location and I got in right away. 30 minutes total time at the location....maybe. Everyone was friendly and engaging. I felt very comfortable and I would return again if I need urgent care.

Came in with an injury in my foot, a last minute appointment. They were very sympathetic and clear and concise with each step of the process. Lovely staff and worked fast and effectively! I would totally recommend, the best Urgent Care experience I've had in Chicago by far

I was literally in and out. Employees were very courteous and the NP’s bedside manner was excellent. Even though it was quick, they were thorough and listened to me with no problem. Did not feel rushed. They were open late on a Saturday which worked out perfectly.

I was going out of the country in a couple days and developed a cold/sinusitis. The PA-C was able to give me a script for antibiotics as a precaution. I was so relieved. I would hate to be sick and not have any options. Wait time was immensely fast. Also, found out that the staff rotates from clinic to clinic,which sucks to be honest. It would be great to be able to see familiar faces when you enter but this isn't the place for that. Staff was great!
