One of the most unprofessional agencies. They call even when you're not logged in. They call day and night even when you ask them in writing not to.
The representatives that call are unpleasant. Sometimes they hang up on you, don't properly introduce themselves and don't speak clearly therefore making it hard to understand. Perhaps they get a low pay and it shows that they don't care.

I work with CLI for 6 years. I recently received email from them threating me to end the contract with me. I work with them for 6 years, never received appreciation certificate. I do not know how good their staffs are. I finished my Bachelor degree in Thailand, I finished my Bsc here in USA, and now I am a master student. I passed both their Burmese, and Karen Interpretation test.
I want to serve the clients who can read and write, but I have no choice, I could only serve refugees. Majority of my Burmese speaking clients are not Burmese, they speak broken Burmese. I had to work to do the Interpretation. My other Karen speaking clients are refugees. They have very low education. It took me me so much effort to serve the refugees. I am a refugee, I know the refugee's background, and their struggles. Majority of CLI's clients I served they do not familiar with the refugee's background. No matter what you tried, it ended up your fault, and you are unprofessional Interpreter.
The clients who are familiar with refugee's background, Burma situation, they would be flexible, and sensitive with my Interpretation. However, I served majority of CLI clients, who work with the refugees were not familiar with the refugees. It always ended up your faults, you are unprofessional Interpreter.
Deal with the refugee is hard, working is the refugee is hard, the hardest is working with the clients who have no ideas of the refugee back ground. It is impossible to please these kind of clients. These kid of clients are impossible to please.

To help with the refugee to understand the message is tough enough, and to serve ethnic clients who speak Burmese is tough enough. To please CLI's clients who have no ideas of these problems are impossible.
The company does not appreciate your hard work, and your dedication. Work with them for 6 years, no single Thank You, and appreciate you.

I don't recommend anyone to use this company I get an interpreter on the line and try to translate the call and they leave the call it's so frustrating to have someone you can't talk to them and find an interpreter again
