Absolutely WORST communication I’ve ever seen for such an important practice! New patient, you can’t get ONE LIvE person or phone call in 3 WEEKS! Everyday left voicemails, emails, they have a “text service & fake call center” that answers, but not ONE call back! No manager when asking, medication out of stock so you’ll go without any assistance.

Poorly run, I’d be embarrassed if my companies treated clients & represented themselves this way.

The doctor was very nice, sounded like he would be a great fit too, but the fact I can’t get in contact with my doctor after 21 straight days of trying, is scary & should be known.

In my personal experience, I think Dr.Feit is one of the best doctors I’ve come across. That doesn’t just go for his injections & personality. but his staff as well great guy all around & i will be coming back here.

On Monday, August 26th, 2024 I had back surgery at Delray Surgical Center located at 4800 Linton Blvd Bldg B, Delray Beach, Fl. I am very grateful for all of the doctors & nurses involved in my surgery and care. The following staff members attended to me and provided exceptional care: Natasha , Front Desk: Amanda, Pre-Op RN: C.C. OR RN: C.C., CRNA Terri, OR Nurse Lisa & Z, Scrub Tech John. Every person I encountered from start to finish was kind, caring and helpful and truly concerned for my well being.
My doctor is Dr. Russell Feit from Certified Spine and Pain Care at (561) 578-4582.
He's been my doctor for 3 years. Dr. Feit took the time to comfort me and explain my procedure thoroughly. He addressed all my questions and concerns. I trust Dr.Feit implicitly and
I highly recommend this doctor to anyone dealing with chronic pain. My spinal cord Stimulator implant was a success, and so was my time in the recovery room! The nursing staff anticipated every possible want or need, and I NEVER had to push a button for help. It was the type of rest, relaxation and well being that I was impressed with. The day after surgery I received a call from one of nurses who were in charge of my care, who just wanted to make sure I was recuperating well. It was excellent, continuous care that I will never forget.” If you're in unbearable pain and want relief do not hesitate to contact Dr. Feit.

I just called the only phone # they provided. Just to see if they accepted my insurance. I got a man babes marlon with a heavy accent I just asked if this was the business they claimed to be because I couldn’t understand what he said initially I asked him for his name again and then u asked if they were a spine and pain management office. He replied something I couldn’t understand I asked again saying I was having a hard time hearing i didn’t want to say his accent and he hung up on me. After being on hold twice once a dropped call then hung up on because why He got upset because I asked him to repeat because obviously he knows I couldn’t understand him or because I wanted to confirm who they were and I asked about pain management. My insurance is dropping a bunch of my doctors one of them us a pain dr I’ve been with for several years. Never have I’ve been treated or felt like this man made me feel. Having a call center for multiple offices all over the state is bad customer service. Why doesn’t each office have a staff to answer and make appts for patients. That way the staff who answers the phones gets to know their patients not by judging a new patient on the other end.

I waited one hour. I paid a $30 copay and was told I needed to make a second appointment and pay another $30 copay because they needed a prior authorization. That turned out to be not at all true. When I went back, after having been left for weeks in total pain, I again waited an hour only to be told they were not an approved provider for my insurance company…the very company that referred them to me. They were of course 100% wrong about that too but because I was in so much pain I paid $150 for a simple $50 cortisone shot. My insurance company told me I shouldn’t have paid so I called and waited on hold multiple times, including dropped calls, all together it took well over an hour of total frustration. I was told only the office manager could authorize payment of money they acknowledged they owned me yet after three calls I could only leave a message (she was unreachable) which I was told would trigger payment.

That never happened. Today I called and waited on hold only twice for the call to again drop, which is exactly what they want hoping you’ll just go away.

If this is the type of care and service you want, this is definitely the place for you.

DR MALDONADO IS SIMPLY THE BEST

I came to this office as a result of extreme pain with sciatica and an aching neck. Dr Maldonado performed several epidurals which I never had success with until now.. He is very caring and most important he listens to you.
One of his medical assistants Chelsea usually maintains my prescriptions and she also is very caring and passionate.
If you are looking for an awesome Doctor that really cares for his patients this is the place to go to...

I used to be a long time patient of Resolute Pain Solutions, when I switched insurance & Resolute didn't accept it. This was the best thing that has happened to me, to find Dr. Maldonado. The staff is easy going & friendly, and the care is top notch.

Resolute is full of bureaucrats who only care about collecting money. They couldn't care less about any of their patients. This comes from the top, and their hiring practices. So if you're in pain & looking for a great doctor, Dr. Maldonado is a great selection.

Dr. M is completely the best! He’s been working with me for over 14 years Thanks to him I can function in a normal working lifestyle. He continues working with me to allow me to feels as good as my neck and back will allow!!! Although genetically I was born with. scoliosis he’s helped me tremendously! He’s worth every star we have given him and way more!!!.!
