CESCO was very helpful when we needed a medical bed quickly. They were able to find a bed and add it to their deliveries for the next day. The delivery people were also very kind and efficient. I would recommend CESCO for their products and also their personal service and care.

I needed help with some medical supplies for my dad when he got home from the hospital and the customer service I received at CES was wonderful. The store didn’t have the particular product I needed, but the person helping me was very knowledgeable and showed me other products I could use as a substitute. I tried them that day and liked them so much I returned the following day for more since I would be needing them long term. She was patient, courteous, non-pushy, knowledgeable, and interested in helping me with my needs. Overall very positive experience.

We have moms equipment : depends, pads, etc delivered monthly. Most of the time they get the shipment correct but they never let me know when it will be delivered so I end up with huge boxes on the front porch. Recently the had a shipment of depends that were faulty. I called and reported, they said to bring it in (even though we are on their delivery route). I tried for a week but due to a cough from the smoke I am not going out. I called again today and asked if they could pick up and replaced next delivery. Bearing in mind, I have been buying depends for mom out of my pocket online because of their error. I was told they couldn’t be bothered and I would have to go into the store. I WILL CANCEL the account and never use them again. Buyer BEWARE!

I go here every month for my daughters supplies, I could get it delivered but we change things to much. I've always had good cusfomer service they always help me out with my items or ask if I need help. There was an older gentleman working there who's personality was a little straight forward but I never saw him be unintentionally rude. Alot of people I've heard are acting like there doctors asking them to perscibe items, they just sell them.

I hate this store and it's employees. You were all very rude work me, especially Tom. All I wanted help worn was to get my crutches I absolutely need to get better, and I am in a lot of pain as it is, so being disrespected and rude with me didn't help my mood. I understand you want to make a profit any way you can worth all of your customers, but helping someone or being supportive even is better than disrespect. Thank you so very much for this awful experience today and acting like I am a "know it all teenager." Bye.

Can be difficult to deal with. The majority of the employees could use a class on customer relations. You would think the supplies were coming out of their pay check not being paid for by your insurance.
This is a well established business with a great inventory .but if it wasn't for that I would go somewhere where I didn't feel like I was pulling out teeth to get my supplies.

I was just there for help and they knew I was worth no money to them from the beginning. I got fantastic help from friendly young lady who wasn't so hard to get good laughs with. She also told me to call her back If I have another issue.
