I gave them all my information and answered a bunch of questions just to hear they do not take new patients at this time. The first time I called the person hung up on me and the second time another person just refused to tell me any availability until I gave them ALL my information. What a waste of time

I’ve been a patient here for many years, and for a number of these years I was quite pleased with the care and attention I’d received, albeit infrequently. All of a sudden, it seemed that doctor turnover started happening more frequently here. I was reassigned to at least 5 different doctors over the course of the past several years. Then communication started to falter. I’d send messages on mychart and there would be long delays, and I’d often get a response from someone I didn’t send the message to. Then I’d speak to a nurse on the phone who would say my message was rerouted to someone else and they didn’t know anything about it. Really Then get a new system or don’t tell patients they should use it as a reliable form of communication…because they all sell it like it is. For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a doctor’s letter to recommend to my employer that they should consider allowing me to work in an alternate office space because there’s a mold issue, and I’ve had headaches and sinus issues for months. My case was even escalated to the medical director. She was unapologetic about all of my concerns and offered no reasonable solution. 10/18 employees in my office already have doctor’s notes and are now allowed to work in another location. CHA East Cambridge refused to make a recommendation that I be allowed to work in a different office space. Wow. So much for patient care. I’m finished with this clinic.

By and far the best primary care experience I've ever had. The doctors and other staff are responsive (were able to squeeze me in multiple times within a few hours of my call and via the app messaging within 1 business day). The admin staff are consistently friendly and kind. The pharmacy is quick and polite.

Sandra is the best nurse, and the front desk staffs are helpful. The CHA at assembly row closed accidentally, and we visited CHA at East Cambridge for assistance. They helped us out efficiently and patiently informed further solutions for us.

I was a new client to CHA Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge @163 Gore St #2 last year and visited them once and never come back again. This is the worst location and I'll not recommended to anyone of my friends. I wish I could give a zero star to this place.

1. The customer service is the worst, they never pickup their phone and this literally every time I called them, I waited for more than 10+mins.

2. I went for a physical checkup at this location, all the doctor did was asked me a FEW QUESTIONS and sent me home. Later they sent me a bill for $140 (which I already paid them $82 out of my pocket, which I shouldn't do it). I've tried to resolve the issue with them multiple times but it useless, and also have mentioned this MULTIPLE TIMES during and before my visited that if something they'll charge me out of my insurance service they should have let me know.

3. I had another Pap smear appointment with this location, they called to cancel my appointment a NIGHT before my visit which I already requested to take a day off from work for my visit.

4. The technology they use are outdated.

5. The HR is a mess, all they can do or can say is "there is nothing I can do about it". I wonder what they're hiring for?

6. Overall, this location is trying to get you visit them as much as possible and does some extra things or trying to overcharge your insurance for it. And what happens is that if your insurance does not cover. They will just continuously send you the bills or send your account to the Debt collection.
WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
