Ive been going here for over 7 years unfortunately. Its one of the worst care centers you can go to! In person they are nice, but when u leave it is above and beyond a hassle to get anyone to call you back even if it is urgent!

I’ve gone here literally my whole life from my most recent physical all the way to when I was only a couple months old and I’ve never had a problem with the staff (nurses and doctors) but to schedule a simple appointment related to an infection I had to call three times and wait on hold for over 40 minutes in currently still on hold as we speak at 9:50 the first time I called was 8:44 luckily I’m not dealing with a serious illness otherwise this would be a complete disaster. not to mention when I was misdiagnosed 4 times in a row leading to me needing to get surgery for something that could have been solved on the first visit

We are happy to say goodbye to Everett care center after 9 months with them. To say that they are neglectful and impersonal is an understatement. My son has barely been seen by his listed pediatrician, instead we are constantly handed off to doctors and nurse practitioners that we do not know, and who, more importantly, do not know my son or have familiarity with his medical history/needs.
Every time we have come for an appointment we end up waiting for an incredible amount of time, no matter the circumstances. This last visit I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:20 appointment and did not leave the office until after 5pm. The doctor spent less than 30 minutes of that span with my son and gave no explanation for why we had to wait over an hour (the waiting room and exam rooms were near empty) to even be seen. And this is when we actually get an appointment. My son is 9 months old and only just had his 6 month vaccines and examination since they are constantly overbooking appointments. He has had COVID and RSV and both times he was sick I was told the clinic had no openings and I should take him to urgent care. Why even have a pediatrician if they won’t see or speak to you when you have a sick child? It is simply despicable, the level of disrespect and disregard for the patients at this establishment. I cannot recommend enough that you look elsewhere if you are considering using their services.

Although scheduling can be a bit annoying, honestly I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my checkups when I come here and the doctors are generally nice and are quick with service.

This clinic is clean and the doctors here are great. The scheduling could use some help and maybe they could answer the phone in shorter wait times. My daughter does enjoy coming here, the doctors respond fairly quick through mychart as well as the nurses.
Just wouldn't seek care from one doctor in this clinic but overall great.

I wouldn't go to the Emergency Room though, horrible choice for medical care. Seems like the doctors and nurses there got their education in the trash instead of school.

Came here with the worst pain I've ever experienced and was treated terribly by a few of the nurses. Doctors were nice, but I had a nurse completely disregard my condition and another was just so rude it was unjustifiable. I will never chose to come here again given the chance

Call today to schedule an appt for someone else which my name appears on the record. The unprofessional woman who answers my call tells me I can't do that. Without checking the patient record and find out more info and transfer me to her supervisor without giving me a chance to let her know that my name is on the patient record. And tells me that who ever scheduled the appt in the past could lose their job. Does this person knows the policy of scheduling appt? Guess not... it's really a shame because this clinic provides good services... if they keep this person they would go down the drain... bad bad customer service from her...

Where to start? They don't answer their phones. They don't call back. They cancel your appointment without telling you. They care more about personal business then helping patients. ETC
