Doctor Reformat and all his staff are excellent. I’m very happy with my result. I really appreciate my doctor and all the hospital staff. I had a breast reconstruction surgery. It took 22 years to decide to have reconstructive surgery. I wish I didn’t wait this long. Now I’m happy with my new breasts. Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏

I was admitted to a single room. This place needs some serious maintenance and house keeping. Medical staff was great. When I entered my room I noticed a lot of broken furniture, closets, peeling ceiling and rust around most of anything made of metal. The mind blowing part was the fecal matter left on the side of the toilet from the previous patient. That was disgusting I notified the nurse and it was cleaned up immediately.

I'm sorry but this is my 4th time trying to write & send pictures & I'm doing something wrong cuz it keeps saying it didn't go thru,in so many words. I think this doctor is one of the best I have on my team & I had a friend recommend him & I said I have him & she told me what he has done & that makes me feel good going forward. Cuz I need surgery that's the only way it can be fixed & that's on both feet. So he had given me some advice about the pain , 1 go up on one of my meds & he printed out a couple of things I could use to ease the pain. I would recommend him to family and friends.I tried to send pictures but it kept going back to the beginning & I would have to start over , I can't say enough about this one doctor & I think I'll be seeing him sooner than later. & I'm sure it will be a pleasure, I wish all doctors were like him , he likes his job & it shows.

You could be the utmost respectful and kind person and they will be disgustingly rude in a time where you need their help and kind words. Horrible place they will let you literally die in there, their work is sloppy and dirty. My friend got staples on his wound and within days it got infected thank god he went to MGH because they cleaned him up and gave him stitches!!! My cousin was also taken here with a really bad concussion and we were welcomed with attitude after attitude. Disgusting place and disgusting staff. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Someone get DPH and OSHA on this place how embarrassing.
