They absolutely disregard everything that you say and feel, then proceed to give you a couple of over the counter overpriced pills. They don’t ask anything, don’t listen to what you’re feeling, rush you and throw a prescription to lidocaine 🤣. This has happened several times and I only go there when it’s my last resort. Completely and utterly useless “professionals”.

Waiting for more than an hour for triage, even though I went to the hospital for my daughter, a 5-year-old child, and when I was at the front desk, they didn't ask me why. I told them even though they didn't ask me any specific questions, like if I had a fever or anything like that. In short, it took more than an hour to go through triage in an emergency room. It's worth noting that there was only one person waiting before us, and it was another child who had already been waiting for 20 minutes longer than us.

I was misdiagnosed and not given the proper examination. Thankfully I was admitted to another hospital afterwards where I was given proper tests and my pain was taken more seriously. Even the Doctor was questioning this hospital’s recommendations. It seems like this place only cares to treat the symptoms and not find the root cause.

Everyone is super rude here, doctor came after 3 hours waiting, and he didn’t even talk like a doctor. Please if you are looking for a great place treat your illness don’t come to this place.
No service at all. Very disappointed .

The staff is just great ! From the front desk, triage to doctors and nurses . They treat you so good and give you the attention you need . Thank you CHA team for taking good care of me today ! And every time I come in.

While the nurses and doctors I interacted with was very nice, but the wait time is so long. My brother hit his head and there is a small cut that won’t stop bleeding. He feels relatively fine so we know that we’re not the most prioritized, ok, we can wait a bit. But after they patch the wound, they said we’re good but they need to confirm with the supervisor that we’re all good to go. I had to waited 30+ almost 40 more minutes. Why? If there is something else they needed us to wait, then at least a check-in. The total time we were there is 3 hours. Is that the average time spent in the emergency room? Honestly I felt like we spent the majority of time waiting than having the doctor/nurse treating us.

Go anywhere but here. With only a blood test they said my elderly mother could have cancer. There was no other test given. They quickly discharged my mother. They didn't even give us discharge papers. I'm not sure if this is negligence but it sure feels like it. The team on call needs to be fired.

First off I want to start with I started here at 8pm and left at 4am.. these people were laughing it up and taking and gossiping eating food. They had earbuds in, everytime I wanted to talk to someone they needed to take the earbuds out in order to even hear me. I am pregnant and was bleeding. They did an ultrasound and made me wait 3-4 hours for results. I pressed the nurse button because I was waiting for results extremely long, they turned the button off and took 10 minutes to check on me. The photo you see is the nurse who did my IV and she stabbed me with the needles so many times! This has never happened to me with my veins! Now she didn’t even apologize or say anything she just kept stabbing me. After I see this bruise on my arm… I told them I was feeling dizzy and light headed because I was bleeding. After taking blood and being there for so long no one offered me water, a snack, or even a blanket for being there for 8 HOURS! Nurses were coming in and out of the room grabbing stuff without saying excuse me or if everything was okay. No one checked on me. After they finally got my results, they said the baby was fine… 8 hours for that? The doctor didn’t even tell me about my blood tests, I had to ask him if my blood test indicated a miscarriage…the staff was so unprofessional and had no respect for any patients !
