I love my doctor here, but scheduling is a nightmare. She's booked 90 days out, and I was told if I want to see her rather than someone new, I have to just keep calling until an appointment is available. I don't mind the wait, but calling everyday until I get lucky? I cannot believe that's the "system" working as it should.

Went in for my first check up in a while and I had a good experience with Peterson Remy, NP. After the examination, I went to the lab on site for blood work. Took less than an hour for everything- seems like they were running on time. The blood work results were available in the MyChart app with a comment from my NP in the evening, same day of the appointment. I would recommend trying out this CHA location

Actual doctors here are solid but heavily overworked. Billing is atrocious, they do the thing where they bill as a hospital because they can charge insurances higher rates that way, but they don't seem to do it correctly consistently. I left over billing alone.

This place is best for dodging responsibility, think twice before you come.

Update: After reaching out to the hospital about their negligence for 2 months, they said that ā€œthere was no record indicating thatā€ - if you had the record, there would be no negligence. They said they did not do anything wrong and there’s nothing they will do to compensate my loss. Having a miscarriage due to negligence was already difficult, but now I had to deal with their dishonesty.

Doctors and nurses are very negligent. I went in for a physical with a suspicion that I was pregnant, although the doctor ordered a pregnancy test, he also told me it was virtually impossible to get pregnant if I was on contraceptive pills. He said I would call me if there was anything wrong. I never got the call. I reached out to the hospital but they ā€œhad no record of my sample nor the testā€. Yet I found out about the pregnancy later but by the time I did, I had already miscarried. The hospital says they are not responsible at all for the miscarriage, which I get, always blame the victim for not being responsible themselves; but if they were to do their jobs, i would have found out sooner and before the miss triage. If they hadn’t told me ā€œit was impossibleā€ I would’ve been more concerned about missing one period. It’s already hard to deal with a loss, and I was charged 1.5k for reproductive care, when I brought this issue of negligence to the hospital, they said there was no record of the test so there was no negligence— but the negligence WAS the loss of the sample+test.

It was an utterly traumatic experience. You cannot trust the doctors and nurses and general ethics in the clinic.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 14 yrs and lately all the receptionist are being very rude. I called almost 3 weeks ago to sing up my husband as a new patient we did all they asked us to do. I called today to make an appt for a physical check up with his new PCP and the receptionist tells me his not a patient there yet like wth I tell her ā€œyes he is and explain her we did all the process & also he has an appt with another doctor on Februaryā€ and she’s like well you have to wait until that day to make a physical check up with his new PCP. I told her that she was being rude af and hung up. They need to change the receptionist and find better ones, because I’m getting tired that every time I called they’re always rude, or else I’ll move to another clinic & my husband as well.
++ Also Dr.Katherine Miller she never pays attention to what my mom feels, every time my mom has an appt with her, she tells her ā€œYou’ll be fine , that’s nothingā€ like wth she’s a doctor she has to listen to what her patient says & feels. Every time my mom needs refills of her medicine it’s always the same sht because she doesn’t want to send her medicine, idk how she’s a fckng doctor if she’s never gonna do her job right!!!!

UPDATE: They’ve replace almost all the receptionist, I’ve call & been to the clinic several time after my review & noticed all the receptionist are new and really nice. Good Job Windsor ClinicšŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»

The Hispanic secretary guy in the pink shirt hates his job and it’s evident in how he talks to patients. I’m sorry that this is what your life amounted to but you should not take it out on others.
