Spouse went in for consultation, was pushed out in under 10 minutes because the doctor has to see other patients and yet was billed for 40 minutes per the notes. Let's be honest, do I really think there was 30 minutes of prep work or post visit review of the patient's conversation? Probably not. Suffice it to say, she did not go back for a follow up. Quite unethical.

I went in to see my doctor because it hurt to breath. I was told it was IBS and suddenly I was diagnosed with IBS two years ago. I was never diagnosed with IBS by doctor and I was never referred to a gastroenterologist two years ago. Gastroenterologist are the doctors that diagnose IBS and other gastrointestinal illness. I was recommended to see a gastroenterologist last month, not two years ago, and was given a referral. The gastroenterologist only spoke at me and lied about how he couldn't help me. At one point asked me why was I there. I need colonoscopy because blood was found and I had pain when I breath. I was told by the gastroenterologist that when it is painfull to breath, it is not an issue he deals with. My conclusion is if you have a serious illment doctors don't want to help you. They want to make up illnesses and pretend they resolved them because they don't want to respectfully speak with their patients as adult human beings and actually try to resolve the illness. All my symptoms were for an enlarged spleen, when speaking with a RN and another doctor. I was asked why no tests were done to confirm it. Why would my doctor test for an enlarged spleen if she does not believe there is any possibility that I have one.

Extremely incompetent office staff. They tried to charged me for a previous visit that was paid off but I insisted they check their records and they found out I had in fact paid. They are only motivated by money at this office and will find ways to referrals instead of helping the patient. Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.

Please beware of the incompetent Doctor and office help in particular (Desiree) who work with Rinku Shirvasta. I was looking for a new primary care physician for my new insurance carrier and close to home to avoid taking off too much time at work. Every appointment I made was confirmed and then cancelled and not by me!/? I would make arrangements to take that time off with no pay and then I would receive a notice in their systems chart that said it was not for that day but another without even a call to say that it was done? Then it not only happened once but twice. I recently was laid off from my job and had to scramble for other doctor's would take the County Ins. I now have what is so hard today because a lot of us have had this happen. I had seen the Doctor to establish a new patient relationship and had mentioned I thought I had hearing loss, I mentioned I had TMJ but wasn't sure if it had anything to do with it. She wrote me up a few referrals and I went back to life. I recently called in 3/23 to say I would pay a bill for a virtual visit and to ask for a referral to be faxed over per the Ear, nose and throat doctor's request. Desiree answered the phone and said she saw it and would send it, GREAT! Then at the end I just plainly asked her if she could notify me when she received the confirmation it had gone through so I could follow up with the other office I needed to have the appointment with and she kept insisting that she had no way of letting me know if they got it!/? I didn't request that, all I asked is if she could once again, please let me know when she received her fax notification that said it went through? She was not only insistent on her realization of what she was hearing but quickly said she had a call and put the Doctor on who said I asked for a referral for TMJ? (Only hearing what they wish to hear or just not caring enough about the patient and writing what the patient's real concerns are) which was hearing loss. Conclusion: she said to find another doctor and that was the last favor she was going to do for me. I had no idea a referral expired,which she could have educated me on instead of referring it to me as a favor? (THIS CONCLUDES SHE IS ONLY IN IT FOR HER INCOME SOURCE AND IS NOT ONE BIT INTERESTED IN HELPING PEOPLE) Nothing but poor customer service with no integrity and no empathy for a person. Only motivated by money!!

2nd update: Actually, I have been to your office multiple times to see Dr. Shrivastava. You were unable to find me in your records, as it is under my maiden name. Look at your reviews and 1.5 stars. You know this review is about you.

Update: How is the office open until 5pm, yet they stop answering the phone at 4:30?!?!? I work until 4:30, so calling after work is not an option. When I do call before 4:30, no one answers the phone. How do I make an appointment? I should have known by the reviews. If you don't trust the reviews, trust me. This place is absolute garbage. Never answer the phone and take days to respond to vm. Very time-consuming.
