If you have to go to a hospital, go here. The staff was very courteous and friendly, not to mention informative. And dare I say, easy on the eyes, which is an added bonus;] Then, there's the food. It's the best hospital food I've ever had and better than many restaurants I've been to recently. Shout out to the chef for the meatloaf and baked Salmon, and this guy does not do seafood. The salmon was better than mom used to make. And I should mention the uplifting quotes on the walls. They foster healing through positive messages. Refreshing. If I must be in a hospital, this is my #1 choice. It's a great place to heal.

I have had exceptional experiences with the ATU nurses. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ve been going there for over 3 years to get monthly shots for rheumatoid arthritis. The hospital itself is always clean. The outpatient admission staff are also very pleasant and efficient, always willing to answer any questions I may have. A few years ago, I had major surgery here and then readmission through the Emergency Department. Both were positive experiences. I spent over a week as a patient, and the nurses treated me with compassion and kindness. I highly recommend Chandler Regional Medical Center.

If I could rate this hospital as zero stars I would. My sister was sent here from maricopa hospital as an emergency transport. The minute she got to Chandler hospital they put her in the lobby in a chair for 7 hours. They took their sweet time with running x-rays/ scans. They had absolutely no urgency in treating her, when maricopa hospital said she either needed an OR room asap, or to be seen by specialist, OR admitted. None of these things happened. The entire staff: nurses, doctors, PA, front desk staff had absolutely no bedside manner. After hours of advocating for my sister to receive some sort of pain meds and further scans my family and I were met with so much attitude. They didn’t treat her case as an emergency, which it was. We had no specialist come to talk to her. The staff at Chandler hospital said her vitals and everything looked fine MEANWHILE her CT scan AND both ultrasound results (from the other hospital) came back abnormal- showing buildup of fluid or internal bleeding/ ovarian torsion, hence the emergency ambulance ride to see a specialist at Chandler regional hospital. When we met with the doctor to go over results at Chandler regional, he was rude, and acted like taking more time on her case was an inconvenience. He gave us short answers, and didn’t even try to go the extra mile. We asked to speak with a specialist, that didn’t happen. This experience was horrible. To top it off, my sister was in agonizing pain, and they made her walk all up and down the hospital hallways for getting around, while every other patient in the ER was offered a wheelchair. This hospital has rude staff that clearly don’t care about the patients’ wellbeing, or helping families feel at ease with any of the process. My sister waited in the lobby in a cubicle like setting for 7 hours, for them to discharge her without any further tests, or meeting with specialists. My family and I are VERY upset, and will be taking legal action.

I’m not a huge fan of hospitals and disappointed with this one. This a very clean hospital. Semi friendly nurses and doctors. I came in because I had a red line on my wrist coming from my open wound which happened on Saturday. The red line is lymphangitis. It had gotten worse over night so I decided to come in. They checked me in really fast. I was seen by 3 different people who kept asking me the same questions over and over. Which makes it known that the staff was not communicating with each other. Then when I was describing my symptoms the ER nurse Nelly she proceeded to say it doesn’t look too bad. I felt discredited. Like she was listening to what I had to say. Then I was moved from the er. And handed a prescription for antibiotics and told my bill was going to be $239 dollars. At that point I just wanted out of the hospital. Honestly there is no reason it should have been that much, I was there for less than 30 minutes and did not receive any direct care and no tests were taken. Or fluids which I wasn’t expecting them to do but like for $239 dollars, I should’ve received more attentive care.

Had a minor surgery scheduled and with the exception of trying to find the main entrance, everything else was fine. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and post surgical staff were very kind and pleasant. The facility was very clean. I would definitely go back if ever there is a reason to.

I’ve been here for days, every staff member that has been involved with me has been absolutely wonderful. The nurses seem to love their job and make you feel like you’re the only patient. The doctors spend the time with you explains to you inlay mans terms, again are very personable. The technical systems that they have constantly keep you informed of your condition, all the test results you’ve taken etc.. I don’t wanna be in the hospital, This hospital has had me at ease since I’ve been here

The entire ICU staff are incredible professionals!! The nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapist (the absolute best!), and doctors treated my sister with the utmost compassion and dignity after her stroke. The whole neurology team was amazing. They saved her life and set her on a trajectory for a strong recovery. The entire hospital staff from doctors to cafeteria and custodial are top notch. My family will be forever grateful!
