They can call you from 4 different numbers, the riverside number, the Beaumont office number, a private number, and some other number that shows up as just CHARLEEs. If you call the riverside office number Henry (the only person working with scheduling) picks up. If you call the Beaumont office number you'll most likely get Henry or maybe Shelly (the manager of front end staff). I called the riverside office number and asked to speak with Shelly about a complaint I had with the psychiatrist and for some information. She started off with attitude because I had brought up that I was not comfortable talking to Henry and that she and I had already spoke about before and that she would do something about it. But that's not why I was calling so I changed the subject to my psychiatrist and how I don't trust his input on the medication he had prescribed and Shelly began to speak for the doctor and her input on why he made this decision. I stopped her because she didn't have to comment on my question for him. She proceeded to keep trying to tell me why he might've made the decision. And so I asked if she had some sort of medical degree or certification, to which she got angry with me and said "no but I have some experience!" Experience does not equal qualification for medication discussion. That should only be done between the patient and doctor. And I told her just that and she began to threaten me with taking me out of CHARLEEs as a patient and that my tone of voice will not be tolerated. I tried to reach out to her manager but could never get ahold of them.
Also Medical had some issues that I was getting sorted out and so I had to pay out of pocket for some of my appointments but this facility only accepts Paypal, meaning they take your card information and connect to their own PayPal account. We are still trying to get that sorted since PayPal receipts don't count as proof.(It was never sorted out)
Even though everything else about this place was awful, I did have an amazing therapist who actually helped me.
