It's amazing to me how this office can be allowed to run as defectively as it does. No one answers the phone except the "call center" that is after hours and can do nothing but relay a message. The front desk is the absolute worst that I have ever seen or dealt with. You leave a message that never gets returned. They are rude over the phone and in person. Getting a refill called in? Don't even think about it. It won't happen. My chart messages go unanswered. On several occasions I was told a refill would be called in for my very necessary medication and it doesn't which means I go days over the weekend in pain and discomfort. How hard is it to approve or call in a medication? Also, they claim they are open on Saturdays yet no one is there when I show up! I will say my doctor is good but the way things are run are AWEFUL!!

Doctors are amazing, but my problem is that they never pick up the phone. I called several times to reschedule my daughter's appointment, but there was no answer. I don't know how to reach them.

Please look for some where more empathetic and professional. if you arrive 16 minutes late they say your a minute over your grace period they can not see you. If you arrive early they still keep you waiting in the waiting room for an hour or two . Their Customer Service Patient Help is the worst. If you leave any messeges they do not call you back until 4 weeks later. Their answering service is the worst ever. They know nothing can't answer any questions and are on 24/7 .No way to reach front desk of you call during weekday Business hours. Not open on weekend s that's completely utter lie. they don't answer the phones if you have urgent care . If your child is sick they have to wait two weeks before being seen they never have same day apts. front desk staff is over worked and always under staff. They change system every year it's a complete inconvenience and they do not document vaccinations or necessity correctly and top it off they send medical bills from over 10 years ago that should of been sent to insurance . My patients stay complaining about medical bill harrassment

telephone service with the secretaries is terrible, they all answer with a lack of politeness, and even hang up on you! I don't know what happens when they mess around to give an answer about the test results, when they decide to give a result of something, they will take the deceased out of the grave and tell people the results, anyway, the service leaves a lot to be desired, terrible

The phone systems have been an “issue” for months. I left messages by phone and on the patient portal service online to try and make appointments with my doctor And nobody would return my call. If it wasn’t for my phone appointment with my therapist I would of never been able to make an appointment with my doctor. Every time I check in for my appointments either I’m waiting in a long line or there’s no line at all and the women at the front desk ignore you and chat it up like it’s their job. I find it rude and unprofessional. My last visit the assistant had an attitude with me because she is unable to communicate properly and took it out on me. After this I’m not returning back here it’s too stressful. This place lacks professionals. I’ve given this place many chances and the only reason why I’ve stayed is because my therapist is amazing. It’s really unfair to the doctors who have patients not returning because the operations ran here is terrible, the administration service is a joke and the assistant staff have bad attitudes, lack patience, empathy and communication skills to patients who are sick. - goodbye from a patient of 3 years.

After 10 years, I finally decided to leave an honest review for this health center. I have been going here since when they were located further down western ave as Joseph Smith. It used to be good. Then it got worse when they moved to this new location on western ave. The location is good but the service is horrible! You call to make an appointment, they never pick up!! How are you suppose to get yourself checked? My PCP left, and nobody called me to tell me who my new PCP is. I haven’t had a physical in over a year. If they fix their administrative duties, these rating stars would definitely go up. But I recommend anyone to stay away from this health center. But if you like getting your blood boiled, this is the place for you!

This is the worst hospital you could possibly go to for care. A nurse named Lindsey hung up the phone on my face after I was trying to gain clarification as to why I hadn’t received a medication refill. Aviva Friedman is not a knowledgeable doctor. All the staff are rude and disrespectful & disgusting to see. I cannot believe how disgusting everyone is & I will be taking further action.

Horrible reception and customer support! i have been calling for 6+ months to make an appointment to get my contraceptive removed and reinserted, all i’m told by the so called “receptionist” each time I call is that a nurse will return my call and set up an appointment. I have never received a call in the last 6 months. Also, a family member of mine was told you had to go in person to make appointments, something I was never told. Why in the world would I drive to the clinic to make an appointment for who knows when?
