Me and wife went there on December 24th receptionist was very rude and told us we can not see you without appointment? Urgent care is for urgently needed care. I understand it is a day before Christmas, but if you go to work they you treat people with respect and dignity. This woman had none

Got blood test. The nurse made my arm buries and hurt for a whole month. Asked for bill estimate for the service. But they said they are not billing department. So I asked which CPT code used. They can't provide it until I ask several times. Cancel my appointment and Won't come back again for the annual check. Staff is inefficient and rude.

I'm not even sure about two stars! I went because my opthalmologist couldn't see me and she said to go to Urgent Care to have my eye flushed. I called Charles River because my PCP is affiliated with them. Made an appointment, check in, 30 mins later asked if I had checked in and who I was seeing. I didn't know, it's Urgent Care. Long story short the person I was scheduled with had no idea she had an appointment. Then I was told they don't flush eyes there. I specifically told the receptionist when I called to make an appointment what I I needed done. I was prescribed over the counter eye drops in the end. Makes no sense. I understand that the office staff is newer but they should know what they do there.

Urgent care clinic that does not take urgent apts. must call ahead to make an apt. When I walked in at 4PM,, they said sorry not today, we can see you tomorrow.
What is the point of calling yourself an urgent clinic! And my primary actually works there!

Website and sign in door says they close at 3. I arrived at 2:30, called as the sign directs to find out they close at 2:30. They offered an appointment for the next day. Obviously, they are unclear of the definition of urgent care.
