12:30 appt. At 1:15 I'm told told btw, not seeing Helen Collette you're seeing Dr. Paul Harrington. They should have mentioned that before I've been sitting here in a johnny for 45 minutes waiting for somebody I've never met before, since NO I dont accept male PCP'S.
An hour later, stick my head out and ask how much longer? 'About half an hour?' That's now gone by, too.
Still waiting! Again I poke my head out and ask "can we at least start on blood work? "No he has to see you first. Are you fasting?" Did you TELL ME to fast? NO. Had absolutely zero communication before arrival and since arrival, it would be common courtesy to apprise your patients of the wait time before you get them undressed and held captive in a room for 2 hours. This is such b.s.!
They clearly couldn't care any less. New patients be warned!

**UPDATE** called them yesterday for urinalysis results after 6 days. Git call just now -- Guess what? They never sent it out!
They don't use urine collection kits, either - not even sealed cups just a plastic Dixie cup, masking tape with my initials on it! In rest room You open a door to a little cubby to leave the specimen. They prob didn't even FIND IT til I called looking for results a week later!!! WHAT the heck people? Do any of you care at this facility?!
They failed to send specimen out last year, too!! Inly been twice, Never returning here. They ALL ought to be ashamed at the POOR job their office is doing. ZERO STARS!

Completely unprofessional and rude! I have had to file complaints with Human Resources and the compliance office on Kathy the office manager here. I called and asked to be set up with Dr Andrey Seiko as a new pt I paid over $30 to have all my med records sent there, they took all my info down including my mass health info and scheduled me an appt for 1/25/21. On 1/24/21 I was called by a medical asst in this office and told my branch of mass health wasn’t accepted here and that I needed to switch it but because it was the day before my appt I’d have to cancel my appt so I did. Today is 3/1/21 I called the office to let them know I had successfully switched over my ins that I’d like to reschedule my appt, Kathy the ā€œoffice managerā€ was completely rude and disrespectful towards me telling me the Dr no longer cared to see me because I missed my appt on the 25th (yes the one I cancelled) , mind you I haven’t stepped foot in this office so I also never signed any type of physician/ patient contract, so Kathy tells me now I need to go pick up my medical records I paid over $30 to fax to them. I told Kathy I didn’t believe this was being handled correctly that I’m a certified medical assistant so I know first hand how things need to be done and would like the name and number of someone above her that I could speak to to file a complaint her response was ā€œthere’s no one above meā€ and then continued with ā€œI’m gonna end this call now, byeā€ and she proceeded to hang up on me! I reached out to Human Resources and the compliance office of Harrington as well because as a medical professional myself it isn’t right or ok to discharge patients who haven’t signed a contract, or who are being treated unfairly due to poor work ethic of the individuals employed in that office, or maybe it’s this ā€œoffice managerā€ Kathy who isn’t training her medical assistants correctly? I’m not sure but at this point I am now going to pick up my medical records because after being treated so poorly and unprofessionally I no longer care to even be seen by any doctors in that office it’s absolutely disgusting that someone who considers themself a medical professional would treat potential patients like so. Hopefully the compliance office and/or Human Resources can fix this issue and put an actual professional in this office. Side note: After this rude unprofessional encounter I checked my emails and seen that the office is actually in search of new medical receptionists and now I know why!
Also, as a medical assistant, when you have a new potential pt call in it’s our job as medical assistants to run their ins FIRST and make sure all checks out BEFORE scheduling an actual first time appt. and not call the day before said appt and tell them their ins isn’t accepted like they did to me and then further it by discharging me as a pt EVEN THOUGH I NEVER SIGNED A PT/DR CONTRACT and EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED SAID APPT so I could switch my ins to the plan their office did accept 😔

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. worst doctors office i have ever been to and i've been to plenty of bad ones! went there for my first physical 2.5 years ago freshly 18 years old where dr sayko proceeded to fear monger me and give me false concerns for health conditions that i've had checked out numerous times by other doctors for years now and every doctor i've seen in ers and hospitals since has said they've seen many of his patients come in with the same fears he's put in them. haven't had a physical since and any time i have tried to call it's almost impossible to get one. tried getting a doctors order for a covid test when i was pregnant a few months ago where they told me i wasn't high enough risk and refused to give me on, a few months later i tried to call for a test order again where they told me they would have a nurse call me back to which one never did. they don't have any respect for their patients or the name of the practice they're running and i would not recommend them to anyone at all. awful awful people.

Excellent medical service once you get past the incompetent front end staff. Getting different answers to the same question in the same conversation is common. An office manager that has no clue on scheduling, pre-authorizations and other common administrative functions. If they say your appointment is set be sure to call back the next day to confirm.

Dr. Sayko is fine provider but the people he chooses to employ in the front office do their best to test your patience and consider choosing a different practice. This would be a one star review if not for the level of care provided by Dr. Sayko. You just need to get through the BS before you see the MD.

AWFUL. My family has been coming here for years, and recently they have taken a turn for the worse. My brother was suffering from Anaphylactic Shock from a bee-sting, something completely new to us, so my mother called here, told the receptionist what had happened, and the incompetent receptionist put my mother on HOLD for several minutes instead of telling her to call an ambulance. We had never dealt with this before and my brother could have LOST HIS LIFE because of this woman’s mistake. A week later, I was suffering from extreme tonsillitis (possibly brought on by the stress of almost losing my brother) with a 105 degree fever (yes, 105) and the clueless receptionist kept picking up the phone and putting it on hold for 15 minutes before my mother gave up and went right to the ear-nose-and-throat doctor. We have since switched pedestrians. This place should really consider retraining their front-end staff.
