I didn't have a problem with any of the staff until my morning nurse came in and was very rude when my husband came to pick me up. Her name is Cassandra P. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER to giving care to patients because of how rude she was!!! Of course I was in pain and uncomfortable after having my gallbladder removed on 3/16/25 on 3/17/25 around 1:30pm 2:00pm I was discharged and was just Very disrespectful. If there was a 0 star I'd rate her at that!

Had an appointment at 8PM for an MRI , upon arrival l was happily welcomed and assisted on a very high level of friendliness and respectful manner .
The staff at the imaging department are beyond sweet , courteous and accommodating . Me being an Athlete 6' 225lbs had a bit of a hard time fitting into the machine, yet they found a way for me to be comfortable and there plan was a complete success.
Props to the 4 young ladies on that imaging department that work the night shift on 3-6-25 you all are phenomenal ladies , super sweet and amazing to say the least .
Thank you kindly

The waiting room for families of patients in critical care is always dirty. It takes days for the trash to be picked up from the room. The floors are also dirty. It’s a hospital, it should be cleaned!

I went here to ER with severe back pain and I could not even sit properly, still they made me wait on the most uncomfortable chairs. 4 hours waiting not even seeing a provider with severe back ache that I could not even move. I had to wait for my test results until the next morning and at that point also I never saw a provider.
Can we give NEGATIVE rating.!!!
How are you a Hospital even, and still they charge over 1500$ for ER just to my insurance. ROBBERS!!! Just minting money No Standard of care!!! HORRIBLE

I gave 5 star to imaging department for an Ultrasound at Charlton Hospital. At the check in, frontdesk was very professional and courteous. Stacey was myultrasound technician, she was amazing, professional and friendly. She explained everything that we wanted to know during the process. Thank you for an excellent service.

This is the worst Hospital ever I went there with my daughter four years old. Her oxygen was 85. Her blood pressure was 165 and 102 fever. She having a hard time to breathe. She was waiting outside for almost 1 hour. I started yelling at them because she cannot breathe anymore, and she turning purple, they put her inside because they check her oxygen. They put her in a room. I asked two times to the nurse to give her some oxygen. She said she’s fine. I have video showing she’s struggling to breathe. They took her x-ray and they came back with the results. Her lungs were clean. Probably she have just a cold with the change of the weather that’s why he said to me and then I prescribe a medicine and they sent her home on my way home. I look at my daughter and I knew it was something that’s not right with her so I went st Anne’s Hospital when she got there, they put her right away on IV. They gave her some antibiotics they gave her a lot of stuff they did the x-ray because Charlton don’t want to send that x-ray. so they had to take a new x-ray and they told me my daughter have ammonia in her lungs, and they are glad I went back to different hospital because my daughter can pass away then she has to stay in the hospital for one week to get antibiotics if I’m not LPN Student and know a little bit of breathing, oxygen, blood pressure, etc. Probably on that day, I will not save my daughter because for the doctors, my daughter was fine …….and she have ammonia in her lungs just be careful with your kids

I recently had a heart procedure performed at the Charlton Memorial Cardiology Department. The folks were all so great and I will recall as many names as possible but the nerves and unknown always fogs the brain a bit. Monet welcomed me and prepped me with much TLC which kept me calm and comfortable. I was transported to the the pre surgery area by Marissa who kept me very relaxed with conversation. Tracy came out and assured me that I was in good hands and that she would be in the room with me for the event. Doctor Pant met with me for a few minutes prior and also assured me that everything would be fine. His confidence left me feeling very good. Once in the surgical area, I tried to greet and say hello to the great crew of ladies but I only remember Lauren and Casey by name. The entire room was full of fantastic and caring people. The personalities were definitely fun. I felt really good and in great hands. This crew was made up of the ultimate professionals! The procedure went swiftly and smoothly and I was super impressed. Afterwards, I was under the care of Monet and Kelly who did an excellent job of keeping me comfortable once again. I am so thankful for what was done on my behalf and I cannot emphasize how good I felt once I arrived to the hospital and how great that I feel now. Thank you all so much! I would not hesitate to go back if the need be. I highly recommend Charlton Memorial and it’s Cardiology Department. A1 in book!

Probably the worst ER in the area. Was sent here by the Urgent Care and they did the tests/vitals as soon as I got it but wait time is ridiculous. No display of wait time or an idea of how long one can end up waiting. The guy next to me was there for 5hrs and I ended up waiting for 2.5hrs still had 7 people ahead of me to be checked.
They should really hire more staff and upgrade their systems for better management of patients in the waiting area.
