Very poor service, lady at front desk did more nonwork talk to everybody but patience, they told me to come in that they were not busy after 2 hours of getting smoke blown up my butt I left, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT OF TIME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME

Dr. Rastogi has been my primary doctor for approximately eight years. She is an amazing doctor. I have nothing but respect for her and her craft. I have gone through two heart problems, double knee replacements and shoulder surgery. She has referred me to excellent colleagues for additional testing on different health issues. She is friendly but does not sugar coat what you need to do. I have been to many doc in the boxes over my 63 years and by far her practice is not a doc in a box. Thank you Dr. Rastogi for your talents.

Dr. Rastogi is my primary care doctor for several years and I have no complaints regarding her professionalism, bedside manners, attentiveness and/or overall healthcare services. I’m glad TELADOC services are offered, which works in my favor for prescription refills when I travel. The office and patient rooms are clean. The staff/team are friendly and very respectful. If I had a complaint it would be regarding having to travel to other facilities for labs/blood work.

Dr. Rastogi is amazing! One of the best doctor's around, and everyone else there is amazing too! I really didn't want to leave a review because if everyone knew how awesome she is, it would make it harder to get an appointment, lol. I just couldn't let the low reviews affect how great they are. I'm from Mobile originally, and we have tons of doctor's there. I never once had a doctor just call me personally to see how I was feeling after I went to see them. I've never had a doctor tell me that I know my own body and if I want to have certain testing done, they would order it. I used to have to fight to get a simple test ordered, but not Dr. Rastogi, she really cares and wants to help. I love her and everyone else at this office!

Took my daughter in for college physical, she refused to sign physical unless we also had the two step TB done in her office for 80$. She still hasn't done thyroid testing that was requested over 3 visits including last one. The only part she had to fill out was physical form. TB can be done separately and I already had her shot records. No reason to force us into using her office which is a much further drive. Do not use this clinic unless you prefer a horrible bedside manner and forcing unnecessary things in order to turn more of a profit.
