My first appointment with this woman was today, September 3, 2025 @ 6 PM. Not to mention we've been texting back-and-forth for the past few months. Finally we made an appointment to be seen in the office. She gives me the wrong address. I'm sitting there waiting for almost 5 minutes And no responses. There's a Security lock on the door, you cannot get into the building unless you have a security code. I know it was at the right building because I saw her sign with the others in the plaza Then she calls me at 6:07 and starts to laugh with a disrespectful attitude and says you couldn't wait. I had a crisis with a patient. Very rude and disrespectful. I'm glad I know now before I even bother, giving her my insurance or my money to even pay for any type of counseling. Not worth my time energy to go through someone like her

Finding the right therapist had been hard for me (I’ve had four). If you’re looking for a good therapist in the Utica/Shelby Twp./Sterling Heights area Dena is a great choice! She has really taken the time to truly get to know me and understand my needs. From the very first session, I felt supported and was very comfortable opening up about my struggles.
