Had my first session with Mercedes last week, not really knowing what to expect during the session or what it would feel like after, but "WOW" pretty much sums it up. Mercedes knows her stuff, is professional, supportive, and gets right to the issue at hand. I couldn't have asked for a better hydrotherapist.

The procedure/session itself has been transformative for me, having a lifetime of food sensitivities, candida overgrowths, and frustrating digestive highs & lows - mostly lows. I am looking forward to discovering the long term benefits of hydrotherapy, and eager for my next session with Mercedes, so we can build upon the results I am feeling just 5 days after, such as overall body hydration, proper BM muscle activation/relaxation, as well as physical and mental clarity.

Mercedes did tell me that it might feel like "I got hit by a truck" which was pretty accurate in terms of my back, shoulders, neck, and pelvis feeling sore for a couple days, like I had a really intense workout. I recommend giving yourself extra self-care time in the days afterward to let your body recover and process it all. Of course, first, I HIGHLY recommend booking a session with Mercedes ASAP.

I love Chico Colon Hydrotherapy! I had my first appointment with Mercedes last year and it totally changed my life! She puts you at ease and explains the process in detail to make you feel very comfortable and relaxed before, during and after the procedure. She is experienced and her knowledge of the colon and all things bowl is above and beyond. She has given me so much information regarding her findings and how my body works. She has suggested several things I can do to improve my challenges and I have seen a big improvement since starting to see her! I would recommend it for anyone to needs a "fresh start" and help moving things along!

Mercedes is amazing. Such great “bed side manner”, really insightful, easy to talk to, very professional. I highly recommend.
