I appreciate this program and they service they provide however there is always an issue around communication. I have struggled to get a hold of my case worker on numerous occasions, especially when I need to touch base the most. I've called and emailed my current worker about securing upcoming a certificate for care I will need soon and have yet to hear back from them. Super disappointing considering the people they serve are usually busy, stressed out single parents who are really in need of childcare services. It makes life tougher than it already is.

Yes, 1 star. Basically, for the 1 inquiry I got in a couple of years I was a client of theirs. I felt invisible to this program. I got a handful of emails all the time asking about my openings and yet no inquiries. And recently I got a call inquiring about my openings from CHSC. Funny when you don't respond they are all up in your business. But when you need their help, it's obsolete. I sure do miss the program that was in DAVIS! I got many clients from them, and I also got paid for childcare services from that program. To those seeking childcare or looking to fill spots best of luck to you.
