This place was great, Donald Miller was an amazing doctor when my son was born. Then as my son got older other doctors took his place. I believe they have 9 doctors in this office. Everytime I brought my children we were always met with “honey” as the cure to everything. Now I’m not against natural remedies but in a world that I grew up in, We were given lots of medicine growing up and I stand by it still. That’s why we go to the doctor… to get medicine…. DR. R. PERKINS and DR. M. KRAMER BOTH MISDIAGNOSED MY 2 KIDS ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS !! They had PNEUMONIA AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ANY SIGNS and told us it was nothing. WE HAD TO GO TO THE ER TO CONFIRM AND MY KIDS WERE SUFFERING. I don’t know what kind of new age crap they are trying to throw at my family but it’s over for them seeing my children. There is one doctor there we truly are grateful for but we’re more cautious now… what a shame….I will be complaining to the state medical board as well!

I like the people that have been attending to my kids but why is it so hard to get someone on the phone. I called last while being in the waiting room and it put me on wait and their phones never rang at all. Is it a different number?

MA Claudia, manager who “works in the back” and is above the RN Manager, and the front desk clerk who starred at me with a smirk as I walked out of the clinic. All 3 individuals were unprofessional, lacked the skills to communicate efficiently and should not be working in a pediatrics clinic. I expected the best care from Dr. Perkins and now I have lost all faith and confidence in her as my child’s pediatrician. She never showed up to our scheduled appointment for 3:40 pm. It was 4:32 by the time I walked out. None of the staff addressed me nor said anything. They all smirked and ignored me. Until I address the clerk at the front desk with glasses. No one gave me a name which is why I am addressing them by their looks. Unprofessional and profoundly inappropriate for “professionals” in healthcare and especially for children. My child never got seen for the concerns I have brought up several times with other providers. He is on the spectrum, and was in a deep sleep when we came in. Mind you, if you have a special needs child you know how difficult it is to get them to rest. The MA was offended because I said no to getting his height and weight done when he already has one in his chart from 4/30/24. How many pounds does a child gain and grow in length in 3 days? Not very much. Needless to say, they couldn’t communicate a clear and concise reason to why they were required to repeat a height and weight. “Company policy”. I could hear that Dr. Perkins was next door to us with another patient and it was mind-boggling that no one came to update me about our appointment especially when the manager said she’d be back. I left a message to Kai the patient care coordinator, I tried to call to cancel the appointment because of course the front desk didn’t do her job, and no one answered. Lastly sent a message to Dr. Perkins. No response.

For a while I have been feeling iffy about coming here, their phone system is not the most productive, when you want to contact billing for instance they have a voicemail system, and weeks later they get back to you.

The front desk ladies won’t check you in, if your child for any reason (even if he has autism or whatever disorder) doesn’t want to go to the sick or non-sick area.

Dr. Miller is amazing as well as Sasha but at this point I am feel their way of doing health care has been declining.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kramer. She goes above and beyond for her patients, exerting high quality care. Her passion to help others is always apparent when I take my daughter in for wellness visits. She is truly the absolute best. I highly recommend Dr Kramer!

Dr. Donald Miller is one of the most amazing Dr.s that I have encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He took amazing care of my son and daughter and was very thorough and took his time explaining everything regarding a procedure that was performed on my son. (Circumcision) I would highly recommend him to anyone. This man is a great asset to this medical facility! We really appreciate you very much Dr. Miller. Thank You so much for taking such good care of us😇❤

Dr. Miller is the best. Caring, attentive, responsive in the portal when we send him questions. He's been caring for both my kids since they were born. Other physicians in the office are excellent too, Dr Daniels, Dr. Kramer a couple that have seen my kids when Dr. Miller was not available. Nurse triage line is very helpful too for those middle of the night emergencies.

I have been taking my kids here for over a year and we are extremely happy with everyone at this office. The staff at the front desk are super nice and get you checked in fast. The nurses are so friendly, very sweet to my kids, helpful and are great at their job. The staff that's books appts over the phone go the extra mile to make sure you get the appt you need. Then there is the doctors. They are top notch. They do an excellent job, know what they are doing and so great with kids! They have the best bedside manners too. I'm so happy I found this place! I called today because my daughter has been having asthma problems and they were totally booked. The staff on the phone put me on hold for a couple short minutes and talked to the Dr. She came back on the phone and the dr fit me in her schedule. This is the kind of office I will continue to bring my kids to. They are always there for their patients.
