I had such a positive experience here. My daughter saw Dr. Crystal and everyone was so nice to my child. She is a toddler and she even had fun coming here, playing with the toys and seeing all the paintings. It’s a really nice kid-friendly environment. The doctor was so kind and understanding. None of the condescending attitude I’ve had with past doctors, she was great and supportive. The next day my daughter asked if we were going to the doctor again that’s how much she enjoyed coming here. I look forward to her next visit!

When I first moved to CA from KY, I searched for a doctors office that made me feel heard and welcomed. Having many health issues, where I find care is important to me. Also, the staff being kind and caring matters a lot due to some mental disorders I have. The staff and doctors at Chino Family Medical Group are beyond outstanding. They have always been so kind, this is the one doctors office I have been in my life where I absolutely am so thankful for the awesome doctors! They really take their time to talk to you and hear what’s going on. They answer a million questions I may have and unlike even the hospitals, they thoroughly examine you and do all tests you may need. The ladies that I have interacted with there (including doctors) are out of this world. It’s so hard for me to feel relaxed and not anxious, as soon as I walk through their doors I know I’m in good hands. Thank you to all the staff at CHFMG for your hard work and outstanding hospitality.

Dr. Moreno and staff are great. Always very helpful. Dr. Moreno is excellent. She always listens and takes Herkimer with her patients. They always try and fit you in to schedule. I drive from Corona to see her and would drive farther if I had to. Highly recommended

Was my first time visit. They were amazing. Exceeded all expectations. Extremely friendly staff and medical professionals. They took time to listen, offer alternatives, and excellent communication. It's an amazing feeling not being just a chart, and treated like a person. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to this office for years and recently had the most distasteful experience.

I work in entertainment and my schedule is sporadic so it was tough enough to get a physical appointment that matched my timings especially because I had to book a couple months in advance. My appointment was for 3:20pm with a 10 minute window in case I’m running late. I called them at 3:30 and as soon as somenone answered they asked if I can hold. Don’t give a name, nothing. As I was on hold I had already reached the office so I hung up and go inside to check in.

As I am checking in the receptionist tells me I’m late and I said yes I’m aware and I tried to call to inform them. With an attitude she’s asks, “well do you know who you spoke to?” And I explained how no one gave a name. She proceeds to be rude and tell me I have to forfeit my appointment.

Then she calls the office manager who tells me there is a 10 minute window and I failed to let them know within that time frame so I had to forfeit my appointment. I arrived to their office at 3:32 and I had attempted to tell them I am running behind. The office manager just proceeded to tell me how I was 12 mins over. I was 2 mins over and literally was turned down from my schedule physical on a technicality. Tell me how this is ok

What kind of sick place does this to a patient they have had for years. Take into account your patient acquisition cost. You took nothing into account! I am beyond disappointed and to say the least, I will never use this office. Months of waiting and finally getting an appointment, taking time off of work for nothing, just to be told to reschedule all the way in August a month and a half later. I would never recommend this place frankly because the quality of new hires is trash.

It was first time me visiting this place and the was a great experience. Doctor and staff are friendly, welcoming. Every detail is noted and take care by the doctors here. Though the wait time is more to get a consultation appointment, it’s worth the wait.

Simply a mess of a medical practice, and leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t know why they get so much praise, but it is unwarranted—based on my months as a patient.

It’s an office that doesn’t make you feel welcome. Very argumentative over being explanatory when asked a question. Takes weeks to months get an appointment, even when you’re an established patient. Refuses walk-ins, even though was told they would see any established patient anytime during business hours. Closed for two hours during each day, but does not say so on their website nor informs you as a patient until you call and get the answering machine. (Update, it’s now been added to google). PAs and doctor take over 10 business days to respond to a call or portal message (a response time limit within their own policy). Everyone is too always too busy, and they let you know about it. Additionally, the “nurses” and front office staff leave a bitter taste for a “trusting medical office.” I would not recommend Chino Hills Family Medical for your medical needs.

Doctor doesn't care about children patients didn't even bother to look at my child or give any medical information. Receptionist was very rude also.
