Horrible service by owner, yelled and made a scene in front of other customers. Refused to provide service for purchasing too many bales of hay. She continued to yell at the worker and showed a horrible attitude. Do NOT SHOP HERE!

Wonderful folks running this shop. It looks like a lot of work and a lot to manage, but they do it all, they offer prices you can't beat! They're friendly, and will answer any questions you have. My husband and I just got 3 sweet lil' Easter Egger chicks there yesterday, and they're all so healthy! Hoping at least two will be hens, but time will tell. Support Chitwood, trust me, they're worth it.

I've been shopping here since Maricopa was just a small dot in the road. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and quickly become one of your friends. Not like these big box stores that don't give a hoot about you.

We've been a regular customer for over 6 years now. Not because we have to but because we like to support small, local businesses. We pulled in at 3:28 on a Saturday (yes I know they close at 3:30 and I know from experience that that's annoying) but since when is it okay for the owner to scream at a customer? The employees have the right idea taking care of the customer and allowing us to get our propane filled. (Which had us in and out before 3:30) . But being treated like that by the owner of a business...you lost a 6 year regular. I will gladly go to the bigger corporations that are trying to put you out of business.
