They don't answer the phones. Had to update my insurance, parent had to bring my daughter to the doctor while I was working. All while still on hold for over an hour, my parent gets there and they get ahold of me while I'm still on hold. Absolutely useless.

Scheduled an appointment here 4 months in advance for a new patient regarding a pediatrician for my son.

Arrived on time, today (04/02/24) at 2:50pm and was asked to fill out new patient paperwork while we wait to see the doctor.

Waited for an hour and 20 minutes, only to be told by the manager in the receptionist area (Nicole) there was a "glitch in the system" and they marked us as a no call, no show.

Apparently the staff did not check us in, and we were left in limbo.

The Pediatrician had already left as she was seeing her last patient, and advised us there was nothing they could do.

They tried re scheduling us for the following day, however no regard or sincerity for personal time loss.

Extremely disappointing as this appointment was important for my son's well being for today.

In short, be diligent if you are not seen promptly as they clearly only rely on the system and not there employees for checking patients in. No coordination, or communication.

Updating my review as there seems to be significant improvement in the issues I have noted in the original review.

Definitely seems like more staff have been hired and calls are returned much faster than before. Has also been easier getting our children seen when sick so very pleased with the improvements we are seeing.

Also just want to say Dr. Valade is fantastic and we are very happy to have her care for our children. She was the only reason we stuck it out through the earlier issues!

To echo the other reviewers, it is impossible to get to talk to someone here. When you call you wait forever (I've been waiting almost an hour now) or wait hours or days for a call back.

For normal care they are fine but an absolute joke when your child is sick and needs seeing unscheduled.

If you come here prepare to need to go to urgent care when your child gets sick.

Getting service/treatment here is a joke. On any given day their phones will be down or their after hours answering service will be activated during business hours. When/if you finally get through to someone, you can expect an attitude from the receptionist, along with the earliest availability for an appointment being a week out. We have been told multiple times that post-ER follow-up appointments are scheduled for 5-7 days later. Hello, my 2 year old son was just nearly hospitalized and you want to follow up next week? He'll either be at the ER or the problem will be resolved by then. We have been there since my son was born and we have seen his actual primary one time. He'll be two years old in December. There are a few great MA's, nurses, and providers there; but the organizational skills of that place is severely lacking. I've never seen a doctor's office so unavailable to its patients before. Reaching them on any given day is an adventure and riddle all rolled into one. 🙄

I absolutely adore my daughters team of health care professionals. I was reading reviews from other parents and see that more people complain then compliment and that's all industries! Keep smiling for all the babies that love to see you smile! <3

This place is great for law mandated appointments however, you're better off just going to Urgent Care or ER if your child/infant is sick. At least the wait time average there might be as high as 2 hours but that's about 2 hours faster than waiting for these guys to answer the phone.

Absolutely, THE WORST PLACE FOR CARE! They won’t answer the phone. If your child is sick… It won’t matter to them. You will be treated with disrespect and told to go to urgent care. You can forget about making a same day appointment even if it’s life threatening! 😡

Horrible... My wife was on suboxone, she had broken her back and was on pain killers for a couple years and doctors put her on it when she went off..... When she found out she was pregnant she tried to go off the drug only to be told if she did she would kill the baby.,so she stayed on. After our son was born while in the hospital, the doctors from bpa treated her as if she were a junkie. Talked down to her and threatened dcf all the time. Understand we were in bmc with 24 hour care... Upon our release from the hospital, Bpa has filed reports with dcf for calling to reschedule an appointment, for disagreeing with there methods and for missing an appointment that they wrote the WRONG DATE AND TIME on the appointment card. They have been so ridiculous that the Guy from dcf told us to find a new pediatric because bpa are being irrational.
