The office front receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. I will not be allowing my mother to been seen there and will be reaching out to my PCP for another referral. The front office needs to learn patient edquite because it reflects POORLY on the doctors who work extremely hard to serve the community!!!!!

Our experience with our midwife Michelle Pelton has always been great but the receptionists are extremely rude. Initially gave the benefit of doubt that they were stressed or had a long day. But we noticed that they are really nice to other people ( note: white/ African American folks). Looks like the is treatment is reserved for Indians and other people of color only.

Worst obgyn ever the specialist I had (Regina L. Smith) was so rude. She rushed my appointment and was so incredibly rude with how she spoke. I’m pregnant with my first child and I’m young so I was looking for someone to talk to with my opinion.
