Provider was great, no issues and fast with diagnosis and send Rx to preferred pharmacy. The receptionist on the other hand, was very NASTY, unsympathetic, and very rude, when I told her I didn’t have my sons insurance card, which is through Md health connections, it clearly states on the eligibility paper that the dr or pharmacy can call EVS to verify eligibility status, and she declined, said, VERY RUDELY “we don’t do that here, you can go sit and try to call yourself” which, if I tried to call, I would not get through to anyone, since it’s an automated system…also said, ABRUPTLY, MIGHT I ADD,
“we can’t treat HIM if you don’t have his insurance card” so I had to wind up paying for my sons appointment out of pocket, which is $140 that I really could not afford! When dealing with sick patients who need help, she DEFINITELY should NOT be dealing with people who need assistance, and realize that if it wasn’t for the ill, she wouldn’t have a job!! NEVER in my life have I had such a rude and insensitive medical facility representative treat me and my child as if we were a burden to her!!

I presented with a severe sore throat, ear pain, nausea, headache. They tested me for the flu, which was negative. I had to request to be tested for strep. When they tested me for strep, they barely swabbed the back of my throat. The rapid test came back negative. Rebekah did the testing, and Gina did the exams. I went home with nothing and was told it was just my sinuses. My throat started closing up more and more so I decided to go to the emergency room. I told them my experience at urgent care and they offered to retest for strep. I tested positive with the rapid test. I will not go back to this urgent care.

I would avoid this place at all cost. All the employees care about is abusing your insurance. I’ve been there a few times and each time is a waste. I get told there isn’t anything wrong with me even though I’m obviously sick. I recently went in for sinus infection symptoms (which I have has quite a few in my lifetime) and the PA told me that the clear liquid in my ears was gonna make me “feel” like I had one. After wasting my time and money I went to my actual doctor who actually checked me over and diagnosed me with a bacterial infection in my sinuses and prescribed me the right medicine.

My husband also went a while back and it took them three or four times to do an ekg correctly on him. Instead of letting him know they are concerned about the results they automatically called an ambulance to take him to the hospital. If they would have asked he would have told them that it was normal. So once again wasting his time and money, and the paramedics time.

I had an appt for 10:15. Receptionist was rude as heck. Said that I was going to have 2 he wait because one of the Dr had a meeting and there were several people ahead of me. Reminder I had an appt Then she told me I had pay $75 co pay you front and I had to give her credit card it debit card. I said what if I want to pay cash she said you still have to give me credit card or debit card. She was rude and unprofessional. I left and went to ER was seen and treated withing 2hrs which included blood work x-ray and breathing treatment and all of the staff were pleasant and professional.

Provider was great and helpful. The receptionists not so great. I asked a question and it was answered but the o es listening in the back was mumbling something I had asked the one that was registering me. After I left I turned back and said “thank you “ mind you the office was almost empty I know they heard me and I was ignored. I felt embarrassed 😞 the staff is so bad and I work for customer service.

We all know urgent care isn’t known for their top notch care but the care my husband received this evening was disgusting. Sandra Hinson, PA-C had the absolute worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. Talked to us like we were idiots and when I asked her about a medicine SHE PRESCRIBED my husband she told me “everything will be on the bottle when you get it from the pharmacy” couldn’t take a minute to answer my question. Left with no diagnosis. I hate the fact that she must have spent lots money to go to school for this….bc she sucks at it.

On Saturday, Dec. 21, I was seen by PA Youssef Mikhail. He entered the room and within 2-3 minutes recognized I had a rare case of Ocular Shingles. He advised me to go directly to Wills Eye Hospital Emergency Room in Philadelphia and made sure I understood the urgency of my condition. Wills Eye Hospital was able to treat my condition and my long term sight was not impacted. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Mikhail. His care and concern for me to have a positive outcome will not be forgotten.

I saw an NP, Holly, for excruciating pain in my foot. She was great! She was proactive, caring and precise. Easy to talk with and didn't rush me out the door. I have been to this Urgent Care four or five times, including the time I took my granddaughter there for an ear infection, and was totally satisfied every time. Highly recommend!
