They won't let you choose the pharmacy you want. They funnel you through 5 or so bullshit pharmacys they choose. If something happens to your prescription you are screwed on Saturday or Sunday. They will transfer you and then hang up on you. Woooorrrsssstttt

I originally started coming to this clinic for my prenatal appointments which are upstairs on the second floor.

The front desk girls were nice over all, but the staff that care for you in the back were very cold and rude. If you have any questions for them they make you feel as if you're bothering them.

The sonogram technician was very polite and helpful.

But the two male OB/GYN doctors I saw were awkward. I have a feeling they are new doctors that are just trying to complete their residency hours. One of the male doctors I saw there was so rude he didn't want to even hear my questions. He would roll his eyes and act like I was wasting his time. Both male doctors seem very young and inexperienced. Plus have no empathy for pregnant women. Which makes me think why they would be in this line of work with that kind of attitude.

I also went down stairs for a Healthy Adult Check Up (a physical with a primary physician) and they couldn't get me an appointment until almost 2 months out. Finally the day came when I show up for my appointment and they told me my appointment was canceled because the provider was out that day due to emergency. I understand emergencies happen but they should've called or texted me to tell me my appointment was canceled.

The lobby is packed with people waiting to be seen and they make you wait so long even if you come to your appointment on time.

The only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because I do physical therapy (on the second floor) and I love my physical therapist. She's been a godsend. I have been so lucky to have her as my physical therapist and she has helped me tremendously.

I no longer come to this location for prenatal appointments and I will be looking for another provider for regular doctors appointments as well. This place is just not a reliable, friendly, comfortable, or reasonable place to come to, unless you're in the physical therapy department - which seems to be the only great thing about this place.

This review is for the vision clinic. I took my son last Thursday. The front desk assistant and optometrist provided exceptional service. The assistant was a hispanic male I cannot recall his name his name but he was so good at explaining to my son every exam he would do and what the equipment would do so he was not scared or nervous at all. The optometrist was great at explaining the results. I highly recommend this vision clinic to adults and kids. Thank you again!

Vega is the worst primary Doctor I have ever had. She canceled appointments on me because she doesn't know how to do her job she doesn't care about her patience. She is very misleading and has wasted my time. I just found out the reason why she canceled on me specifically it's because she wants more days off for herself. She should be fired as an MD. I needed referrals for mri & x-rays so I can have my surgery from a car accident I had. But because of her misleading me she is wasting my time and my body is in more pain than ever. If you're going to be a new patient do not go with Vega. I'm being very serious someone used to fire her. Once again because of her misleading me and me having to go back and forth between other doctors that I can't see because I need referrals from her. My pain in my body has increased so much that I'm taking more than pain medication. I can't rely on paij medication because im on blood thinners.

Wow. Worst clinic I have EVER been to in my life. They never have appointments available, I had to wait three months to get a dentist appointment for my baby. Not to mention Dr. Felicia Briones is extremely rude. I wanted to do a phone appointment with her and o waited 3 weeks for the appointment, when I finally got her on the phone she said that she could not help me that I needed to go into the office even though I just had some general questions. I then started trying to explain to her that it was really hard for me to miss work and get a babysitter but she Rudely interrupted me saying that everyone has some problem and basically saying that she didn’t care. She has no empathy whatsoever and it is concerning that this Dr. is working on healthcare but she is so numb to peoples problems.

Got a random call from these people today confirming my "appointment" for a physical health assessment, supposedly tomorrow.

I never made an appointment, and they claimed my insurance provider made it for me.

I called my insurance provider and asked them about this. They have no record of ever having made this appointment.

I am on disability for a severe traumatic brain injury and have been targeted before by other "medical" groups claiming I am due for a disability assessment, but NONE of these are issued by social security.

Several other friends of mine in the TBI community have been targeted in this fashion, and to the best of my understanding their game is to hope you show up so their unqualified medical staff can give bogus evaluations and pass it off to social security to get your benefits denied.

The most sickening part of this is that from what I have HEARD, these groups are actually contracted out by the federal government for this purpose.

Don't ever go here, and if they claim you DO have an appointment, check who made it. Predators.

This clinic is very small for the amount of people they see. Also, the seats are extremely close to each other, which can be very concerning if people are sick. Came here early on a Monday morning and the place was packed.

If I ever make an appointment with Family Health Center again, I'll definitely be heading to a different clinic.

I usually don't like to give reviews. but it's important for me to let all mothers who are expecting to not do the prenatal care with them. I am a first time mom. I had schedule my first prenatal appointment thinking I was going to see an actual doctor. all i saw was all these "case workers" all my first 4 appointments were with them. a waste of time for me to be honest. now I had called the emergency line and told them I had some bleeding and I wanted to see a doctor as soon as possible. All I got was a "your not bleeding a lot you can wait till your appointment" I head out to the ER and got checked. they told my I had High blood pressure that I need to let the doctor know. well 2 days later i see a doctor all he does is go over what the hospital said that I was already aware of. he did blood work and that's it. second time i go back to the ER and same the next time I got to the facility I see another different doctor who totally ignored my high blood pressure. and scared me with saying my baby might have not developed. they made me an appointment to see another case worker. at this point i am done. thank God i changed doctors and facility. the new Doctor focused on me and the baby. i should have been high risk because my blood pressure something this facility never payed attention. and not to mention they wanted me to go to all these useless appointments before i can see an actual doctor. never again.
