Terrible customer service. I ordered Anprolene dosimeters six weeks ago and have not received anything. When I call to speak to customer services, I rarely can speak to a person and when I do, they say they will look into the issue and will get back to me. They never do. I will never use this company again.

Deceiving product availability, ordered 2 cases of Sani Guard which read that ships in 24 hours on the website. Paid the extra 112 dollars to have it overnighted, 3 days later still no product. Called and talked with them and they still do not have the shipment in-house. They said once they get it they will overnight it and that is what the fee is for. Asked for the fee to be refunded and still overnighted because of the misrepresentation on the website and I am getting the runaround. Will not do business again with CIA.

Deceptive business practices. Ordered and paid for equipment. Two days later they canceled the order and offered to sell me the exact same equipment at a higher price.

An order was placed on 3/22/24 for two items @ $13.78 each and my credit card was charged in full. On 3/28/24 I received an email stating that CIA Medical lost their sourcing for the product and were refunding my credit card. However, as of 3/30/24, the item was still listed at their site but now at $34.55. What obviously occurred was their pricing was too low so they cancelled my paid for order and raised their price. Perhaps they should understand what a purchase contract is. There was an offer, an acceptance and consideration passed from me to them. They breached by cancelling the purchase contract over a $41.54 difference in pricing and lost a customer in the process. The correct way to handle this would have been to complete the purchase and then correct your pricing on the web site. Aside from taking 6 days to notify me that they were not going to honor their purchase contract as of today 3/30/24, I still have not received a refund to my credit card. I have never felt it necessary to leave a 1 star review in the past however, CIA Medical earned it.

CIA did not ship IV bags, I tried calling customer service and the accounting department repeatedly. No one answered phones or returned the messages left. The IV bags were to be shipped 2-3 business days.
