Absolutely the most incredible human beings! My wife rented a wheelchair for her mom for hospice care. They were so compassionate and caring. We are truly blown away. I would use this place for any need we had or will have. God bless you!

I was visiting Stillwater for a wedding when I realized I had left a part for my CPAP machine at home. Scott Millstead the Respiratory Therapist was AWESOME, he helped me get the part I needed, took it upon himself to ask if I had my machine calibrated, which was a no. He took the time to check the pressure calibration on my machine which was needed. In addition to that, he walked me through a few things that would help me in the future with my machine. Can't say enough good things on the service and professionalism from Scott. Thank you very much!! You made my stay in Stillwater better and allowed me to be rested for the drive back to Texas.

This place doesn't want to file with insurance of any kind, even when you know yours will pay they give excuses. They also charge as much to rent items as you can buy at Amazon, best buy or other places. Please stop supporting businesses who don't care about customers and just are ripping us off.

Lousy customer service. Two weeks after they received an order from my physician, and I still don't have the services and equipment I need. Each time I have called to check the status, they have been rude, once telling me that they never got the order sent over, from my Dr. The next time, they said they actually had received the order, but had been too busy to call, but that would get to me soon and call when they were ready for me to come in. 10 days after that last call, I have yet to hear back from them. I have never received a phone call or any update. I'll be asking my Dr. to send my orders to another provider.

My insurance approved my bi-pap almost two weeks ago and I'm in some kind of stack of papers still waiting to start getting used to the machine. My study was August 5th. That's over a month that I've been worrying and waiting (and not breathing). The front desk won't let me through to Scott or someone who could tell me how far down the list I am. I've liked Cimarron in the past but this is intolerable.

just last month I underwent double fusion neck surgery and have been wearing a hard collar for 4 weeks and expect to be in for weeks to come! Well I woke up this morning to discover our Standard Poodle Puppy had destroyed it in a fit of boredom!! I tried three different medical places in town, none of whom were able to help in less than a week, sometimes you gotta love Stillwater! Thank goodness for the people over at Cimarron Medical who made some calls and got me my hard collar!! Which by the way helped me avoid an extra drive to Tulsa next day to get my hard collar at a medical supplier!!
