Labcorp is within the Tufts Circle health urgent care and shares its sick patient waiting room. Everyone coughing. You must use a kiosk to check in which the elder patients ahead of me were stymied by. Staff watched as they struggled. On the upside the actual Labcorp employee I was served by was professional and efficient. Labcorp also answers the phone. I'd look for another alternative. I avoid anything Tufts related when possible.

Excellent medical care when needed. The staff works hard and the Nurse Practitioners and Physicians are top notch.
I have gone here for various issues, from broken bones to severe upper respiratory illness, and always been treated kindly and with respect. Our neighborhood is lucky to have this urgent care facility.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!!! The nurses in particular are super kind. One of the female receptionists working at the front desk even wished me a Happy Birthday. Not to mention, it was clean and cool inside, too. This location deserves way better reviews as it far exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful experience here.

Tried to schedule an urgent care appointment online on their website. The website directed you to a page that did not have any scheduling capability. It was difficult to contact them on the phone, at which time they said to come in. I have no complaints regarding the professionalism of the healthcare professionals or staff. Regarding the staff they were courteous and helpful as they explained to me why it was taking hours to deliver my "urgent care" AND they confirmed, "oh yes, the website doesn't work, I have mentioned it". It is a shame to see good people hampered by a broken online/phone experience and apparent understaffing.

Took my 3 month old because I couldn’t get an appointment at her pediatrician
The nurse didn’t know how to use the scale.
The scale was on something with wheels, the wheels were not locked. I don’t think the nurse even noticed it was moving.
Nurse needed help because she didn’t know how a hand held machine (I think it was taking vitals) worked, had to have a second nurse come in to figure out how to work it.
When the nurse took temperature she did it without lube on the thermometer! This one really annoyed me, I was trying to keep my child calm and did not realize this was the case until she inserted the thermometer.
I know this is not a pediatricians office but I got the sense the nurse just did not know what she was doing at all.
The doctor was nice, but felt like he wasn’t listening. Would ask a question, I would answer and he would ask if I talked to my pediatrician about it. I told him yes, they sent me here because I couldn’t get an appointment today, repeat a couple times.

Literally the WORST urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Had to get stitches done on my lip, and the doctor “accidentally” let the numbing medicine to shoot out and run down my throat. My heart rate went from 82 to 40 and they were panicking. Fast forward to getting stitches taken out, over a 2 hour wait for a 3 minute procedure. Watched multiple people walk in after me and get seen before me and leave 10 minutes later. I hardly leave reviews, but these people are TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Opens at 7am, waited 15 mins at the front desk until 7:30, called multiple times, no answer, no one at the desk. Thanks for nothing!

I had an appointment to be seen for my very first appointment for my first pregnancy, days before I experienced spotting so I called the office. They told me they would page the on call doctor as it was after hours. An hour went by so I called again, and finally got a response from the on call who RUDELY told me “there is nothing I can do for you, you would need to be seen, and the office are closed. There are no medications that I can prescribe to help, and no medications would cause this. Is this all you called about that you deemed an emergency” I then felt so belittled and embarrassed that I said yes and hung up. Come to find out, that doctor was going to be OBGYN in my upcoming appointment. I was so intimidated and scared to call to cancel that I just did not call when I got the reminder text. (There was no way to cancel the appointment via reminder). I then received a $25.00 no show fee. So I was bullied into paying $25.00 for an appointment I was too afraid to attend. Will NEVER recommend them.
