Violate human rights. Violate the law. Allowed to operate despite these facts. Terrible facility. Provides no actual clinical help, just have patients wandering around, sitting there all day. Barely given edible food. Group therapy is to stretch or color. Not helpful at all. Providers barely available and are useless. This place ought to be shut down and the providers and administrators charged

I am mentally disabled and on SSI that was granted to me by a FEDERAL JUDGE and these people refused to perscribe me my meds after moving to Flordia for a short time after the death of my mother. These people are not qualified to do their jobs.

Circle of Care which is at Sheridan. I have to start by saying that this place is depressing. The front office is nice, but when they take them to a site called Intake Service OMG it is something else. That place is dark, it has no natural light, super depressing. If people with different mental problems go there, I think they should make the place nice inside so that the stay is not so hard for those who are there. The staff are very friendly, but there is always one who doesn't care about the person's situation and makes fun. Breakfasts and meals a disaster. When I went to visit I was literally shocked. When I left that place I started to cry just thinking about how the people who are there feel inside. I don't understand the purpose of that place because from what I could see it DOES NOT help, you get more depressed.

I wish I could put zero stars. I was wrongfully sent to Circles of Care in February of 2023. While there, I was not provided with the basic necessities like a pillow because they said it was “a safety hazard.” When it was brought up to staff while leaving they tried to say I was lying and asked for a pillow case. There were many inappropriate drawings on the walls of the bedrooms. I asked to speak with the doctor and I was told to wait my turn, the day went on and I never spoke to anyone. I was given the wrong dose of my medicine, and even though I told them I take my medicine at night, they gave it to me in the morning. The three days I was there we practically did nothing. It was only on the last day that we did group therapy. The rest of the time including the last day we mostly watched movies. We went outside once in the time I was there. The workers told us we could go back out, but it never happened. The food was horrible and some people would sneak snacks because they were so hungry. We were told not to make friends, but in group meetings workers would tell us how happy they were we were making friends. There were three bathrooms, only one during the day to use, and only two you could use to shower, for all patients in that area. When it was time to sleep it was extremely hard because of how cold it was, and in the room I was in they would not turn off the lights. Every morning we would wash our hands before breakfast, and one morning some already had because they had gone to the bathroom, but were threatened by the workers saying they wouldn’t get breakfast if they didn’t wash their hands again. There was one analog clock behind the counter, and some younger kids couldn’t read it, and the workers refused to tell them the time. I do not believe I was provided help while I was there, if anything, I felt worse after.

How would never recommend you working for this company long term at all whatever you signed up for whatever 401K whatever investments the company put into you as soon as you resign or get fired they will claim that they have no investments in you and you will never get anything I work for this company for a long time and I had investments then when I try to go claim it they say I don't have a thing I put years into this company and I ain't get nothing back I couldn't even get a portion moved or anything I have the paperwork that I'm invested through Voya but soon as well try to contact this company they claim that they have nothing invested in me when I have the paperwork if you work here let it be something short and simple but don't make it a long-term thing because when it's time for you to get what your owed they will deny you and act like you don't have anything, this is a screwed-up company but one thing about life whatever goes around comes back around.

If zero stars was an option, this place would win a gold medal. Words cannot describe how horrible this place is. I was a voluntary because I wanted to receive help. I was misinformed and was told that I could leave in 2 days. Left in 4. I didn’t get admitted until 5 hours after. No pillow, except a blanket that I had to unfold because the workers refused to give me my sweater. They told me that I had a choice to take meds or to not, then Coerced me and pressured me into taking medications and told me that my mom consented even though she didn’t. Then gaslighted me and told my mom that they never coerced me. Rude staff. Food is disgusting. Staff let kids bully other kids and joined in. Left us in “quiet time” for over 2 hours and caused us to miss snack time. No water in rooms. Didn’t have a bowel movement until I got home. Had no knowledge of the time which is horrible. I had to stare at the wall for hours and sneak crackers into my room because I was so hungry. Only help I received was on the last day from Danny who is an inpatient psychologist. Despite there being 3 bathrooms we were only able to use 1. They basically starve you and deprive you of your needs. They forgot a diabetic girls lunch and it took them hours for her to eat. A bunch of lazy, no good, USELESS staff members. Not allowed to stay in contact with the friends you make or you get threatened. For the love of GOD, if you value your child’s sanity, DO NOT send them here. I still haven’t readjusted and everything feels like a horrible fever dream. Please don’t bring your kids here, the staff are not qualified. It was a literal dungeon. You will have PTSD.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I called them to get samples of a medication I have taken for many years because I picked up my prescription and the pills got thrown away by mistake. They said they couldn’t do anything unless I saw a doctor in 6weeks. I told them I would probably be not okay by then and they told me then I would be an impatient and they could give it to me then.
