I usually go to the clinic in great Bend. They did not have an opening until late in the afternoon, so I opted to drive to Hoisington and do the walk in clinic. I showed up about 30 minutes before the clinic ended. I waited about 30 to 45 minutes to go back, which I have no problem with because the waiting room was pretty full. Then once back in the room, I proceeded to wait an hour. When I walked into the hall I see the provider who was supposed to see us in her office with two or three people at her door just talking to her. I feel this is extremely unprofessional and a waste of peoples time. I ended up having to leave and ask for a refund, because I had to go pick up my son from preschool in Great Bend. I will just make sure I always get to go to the Great Bend clinic, because Kelsi Burke is the best!
