The technicians that have come out to deliver and pick up have been very courteous and helpful and as seniors we appreciate their willingness to explain things even tho they may have done it on a previous visit. And today the tech gave us written instructions, step by step.

Very prompt curtious knowledgeable kind understanding and because of the items not in the order from the office he came back out to bring what I needed to breathe easier.
My personal opinion is that I am very pleased with my servicer and hope that this Young person will always be the one who comes back to help me with my needs and thank you for training them for their jobs because it makes me feel like I matter to them.
He was very helpful and I hope he gets a raise because of his on top of his job duties and that helps when he gets to the person who needs his help and his quick and prompt services to help Us really does matter. Be safe and careful out there. And thank you for your help and I appreciate your kindness Too.

Torey is one of the best delivery driver's y'all have. He knows if I have an issue and if he can help me with it he will. Most of your driver's are. But he is just a very person inside and out.

The last time I ordered supplies the wrong filters and hose was shipped. I notified by email but received no response. Now the bill for February 2024 was never charged to my auto pay for 4 months, don't understand why. Excuse given was EOB from insurance arrive in May so they invoiced my payment. So again May, June and July went by and even though I received text messages that the card was going to be charged. NOTHING. Now my card was hacked on the 19th of July, I notified Clay to remove my card since it was no good until I get a new card with a new number twice. Still getting messages that the original card was going to be charged. I called TODAY again to have card removed and supposedly she did. We'll have to wait and see. Once I receive my new card I will pay my bill and move to another company for my supplies. The billing department is too slow, not providing service correctly and sending wrong supplies.
