Everyone here at Clearbrook has been absolutely amazing!!! From the time I stepped in the door greeted by Steph with a big hug, to the awesome techs and nurses, amazing. My case manager Harry was great, getting things done for me in an efficient manor. All the group leaders were very understanding and informative. I felt very comfortable and cared for during my stay. I would definitely recommend Clearbrook to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health!!!

Clearbrook was one of the best places I’ve ever attended for treatment. My therapist Alexis has been a major support in my treatment and has helped me so much, while also being there every step of the way. Case management does nothing but want to see you succeed, and ensures the best aftercare. The food is amazing, and the kitchen staff get to know you on a first name basis. If you’re considering treatment, clearbrook is the way to go.

This company is alright. My loved one stayed here for a little. They do not have the means of proper communication which defeats the purpose of the habilitation process. Imagine paying all your hard earned money to have one phone line? For two weeks they didn't have a plan set up nor set up anything with a psychiatrist for a plan. This company needs to do a better job organizing their methods for clients. I had high hopes for this place but once again it's the same place in a different location. Do better guys.

I’ve been here 3 times & this time was the best experience. I had Nick as my case manager and Jennifer as my therapist. Both did a wonderful job helping me through my 31 day stay. The nurses, group facilitators, & the techs were are there for me as well when needed. I would definitely come back if I ever need to again.

I WAS IN THE FIRST RESPONDERS PROGRAM. Everyone except for Angela was great ( Tony is a hard ass with a heart of gold. Annie is just like him!!!!! They are the best!!! ) You could ask her for something, yes, but she would say yeah I’ll get it and then she doesn’t. All she does is play on her phone all day! We had to wait until Jackie came in to get anything accomplished. As much as I have good to say for first responders, find somewhere else to go if Angela is still working there. You will not receive the great experience you could have with the rest of the staff with her there.

I am very happy with my experience at Clearbrook. The staff is very friendly and kind. The first responder program was awesome. The facility is clean and bright and peaceful. Anne & Tony run a top notch program.

If you have problems, definitely come here great place. Great staff great food all the help in the world definitely here to help. You saved my life. It’s the best thing best decision I’ve ever ever made in my life coming here and if anybody else is struggling with problems reach out to them because they’ll help you the best they can a lot love lotta respect Treat you the same I came in feeling like shit I’m leaving feeling amazing. The best I’ve ever felt in my life thank you to everybody. That’s been on my side and here through this journey because I’m getting a second chance at life thanks to them.

While this place did significantly help me in many ways, there were many issues I had with them. There is a significant breakdown in communication amongst the staff and especially amongst the providers, nursing, and anyone with a higher up title. It was nearly impossible to see anybody ever, let alone in a timely manner. There is also no psychiatrist on staff either. I would like to shout out the RSS staff and the group facilitators. They were incredible and one of my reasons for staying in the facility instead of AMAing. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Kaydence, Madi, Becky, Abby, Lori and Alyssa on the RSS staff for being so positive, kind, and genuinely caring. The kitchen staff is incredibly kind and very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Thank you Lori, Amanda, Lily, Cody, Laura, and the other man (I can’t remember his name right now). I would also like to shout out the group facilitators Alexis, Alyssa, TJ, and Tricia for the amazing and in depth groups. They helped me more than they’ll ever know. And shoutout to Brad and Destinee for being themselves and being so hilarious and awesome. I would recommend this place to people but I would warn them to proceed with caution. There are many things that need to be fixed in the facility on an administrative level and I do hope they fix them because it will result in better care for the patients and a better experience in the program. Overall I would rate my stay a 5/10.
