I was more than pleased with my visit to ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care North Adams.

I got there early, the reception team was very welcoming and helpful with the registration process.

The medical team was responsive and informative, heard my concerns and took care of me.

This is the best experience have ever had with an urgent care facility. The nurse and doctor listened to my concerns carefully and provided me with the information I needed as well as providing advice for follow up. Test results were sent out the day of my appointment and the doctor called as soon as they came in to revise my treatment. The people in this office are caring and helpful. My husband and I will definitely use them again!

A terrible tooth ache, swollen face, needing help, and unable to see a dentist until the following morning. I went to Urgent Care, and was well taken care of by the receptionist and by the Nurse Practitioner. I had a pleasant chat with her, and left with a prescription for an antibiotic that would reduce swelling and ease the pain. I highly recommend Urgent Care and consider it a valuable service in the Northern Berkshires.

I always struggle with hospitals and being patient because of my own medical history . The folks at the Urgent Care were so kind and considerate. I got to pre - register online and they got me in swiftly . I didn’t wait long at all. The MD Samantha Maher was so kind , she asked a lot of questions and really helped me come up with solutions for my health related issues .

My brother went to be seen on March 18 with a bad cough. The person taking care of him wouldn't listen to him. She was just pushing him out the door. She said she would send a antibiotic to his pharmacy and never did. While fighting with this place for two days. They never sent a antibiotic. I would never go to this place again.
