The BEST labor and deliver team!
I just had the most excellent care from the staff at this hospital last week when I gave birth to my daughter. The labor had complications and we ended up needing an urgent c-section, but all the nurses, midwives, anesthesiologists and doctors I worked with handled our scary situation with such compassion, skill, experience and empathy. I received such great care in the hospital and left with a very good after-care plan set up for my recovery. The in-hospital lactation consultant was an extremely helpful resource and well, and she was so very kind.
Thank you everyone so much!
(P.S. Shout out as well the kitchen staff that served my husband and I a beautiful and delicious “congratulations” dinner in our room the day after baby was born - such a treat!)

I was lucky enough to get a day and night shift of good nurses. They were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, overall they knew what they were doing. It made my day every day to spend a week with those beautiful people. The menu could use more options when you’re on a restricted diet. My room had a absolutely amazing view, I almost didn’t want to leave but I missed my wife and waking up to her morning coffee.

The clinicians are the heroes there, doing the work of angels under crushing workloads & staff shortages. Great docs & nurses I cannot speak highly enough about the “greatest of the great” ones: Jan H & Krystal, Nurse & Tech, that are a force of nature & make the 3rd floor run. Some people just “get it” - they do. They will do whatever is right for their patients & navigate the bureaucracy. They do hero’s’ work IMO. Colton - another amazing nurse. Diana F - semi-retired yet a tremendous resource RN. Sam(antha) - excellent nurse). Nekisha is a kind & compassionate NP with wonderful people skills. Dr Yao is tremendous. Lilly was an extremely good & hard working tech. I feel very blessed to have been cared for by this amazing team during my hospitalization. We need more of the great ones & they should be compensated more favorably for the selfless work they do.

I was on the telemetry floor with wonderful nurses and aides.
Nicole, Alison and Marguerite were the Ladies that took care of me, they were exceptional! Everyone down to the aides, food staff were so pleasant and conscientious. The food was terrific with a full menu which had some many wonderful choices.
The Doctors listened and were concerned about your care.
I can't say enough about this hospital other than great job.
Thank you to everyone who was involved in my care.

I’m only 28 but I am a regular at this hospital. 4 visits in a few months now. I choose you guys over my local hospital. Whoever the ER doctor was last night. Please give him my appreciation. Also Connor the ER nurse who now knows me by name. I’ve only had good experiences here! My condition is horrible and doctors all over can’t figure it out. Cleveland clinic has made the most progress out of anybody!

Was in for an out patient procedure and really could’nt have been treated better, from the gentleman in waiting area to the girl that wheeled me out. And Chelsea, my nurse could’nt have been better. She was happy, gentle and right on top of it all. And then the “Crown” goes to Dr Ellis, Urologist, she’s the best!! overall it is definitely a 5 Star!!

My husband was recently admitted to the hospital. We were so pleased with the attention and care he received. Junelle, his nurse, is so efficient and positive. We have both been patients at one time or another. We have never been disappointed.

If you ever have to stay at this hospital, make sure you have somebody to advocate for you and be there with you to witness the way they treat you and the way they take care of things. While being a patient there, I was abused and neglected by many nurses And treated like the lowest of the lowest because I couldn’t get up and do anything for myself they would laugh at me and make me hurt without doing anything About it. Now my dad was their patient And the same thing happen again it’s just unbelievable A hospital of such force can employ people and not reprimand them for their behaviors. No matter how many Complaints with put in with the management and the state of Florida they continue to abuse and While in their care. God forbid to be their patient. I never wish that on anybody . There may be a few good nurses But Definitely the worst outweighs them. Sad very sad!
