Dr. Clara Yarborough, my healthcare provider, not only possesses a wealth of medical expertise with her many years of experience, but also embodies a gentle strength while utilizing her intuitive abilities to see right through to the core of health issues. Since our initial encounter, she has adeptly identified my various issues and facilitated my speedy recovery. Securing an appointment with her is a gratifying and healing experience well worth pursuing!

Horrible place. I will never go back. I waited 2 hours the first time with an appointment and then they REQUIRE you to come in person to get your blood results. I waited over 1 hour for that appointment.

The facility is old and run down and the doctor is 75+ years old and probably should retire.

I was worried about this place because of all the bad reviews. My experience was the exact opposite. The clinic was really clean. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour.

This is truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They don't call when they are supposed to, they run hours late and only take cash. Total waste of time. Do NOT go here.

Awful service. I am taking my time to give this place a one star if I could I'd give none. I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist said "hold on I'm busy right now" I was like ok? Sure she had me wait on the line for an hour . So I called again and told them what was going and she had me waiting again for 10 min. I wanted to just schedule an appointment. Then I called again to schedule an appointment for my dad and they hanged up on me. They are rude, lazy, and unbothered. The fact that they eat because of us they are not grateful for that. Rude customer service. I don't know if the person who answered me was new but you guys really need some training. Mad annoying, so for thos reading this save yourself sometime and don't come here.

This will always be a good service clinic. I've been a patient for as long as i can remember. Yes, the wait is often long but I believe its worth the wait. Unfortunately I haven't been there for quite some time now, but if Dr.Castillo is available I highly recommend him.

This place is awful. The staff are lazy, unhelpful, rude and demeaning. No one seems to know what’s going on. They lie about appointments when they make a mistake and treat their patients with extreme disrespect. This place should be shutdown. Will be filing a complaint with the insurance providers and hope (unlikely) that they do the right thing and investigate the poor practices and treatment of this terrible clinic.

I had an appointment today at 2:30pm, it took more than 1.5 hrs to be called in. Then they tell me it’s too late to do a physical exam, blaming me, the patient, why I didn’t specify whether I am coming in for an illness or a routine physical exam (I am the one who has to ask the receptionist this question) Well, guess what, I did ask. I even asked whether they do blood draws on-site, the receptionist said no, then when I get there, I find out they only do on-site blood draws, they don’t send them out. They gave me a whole bunch of reasons how it’s not their fault for not seeing me (I am not fasting, it’s too late, they don’t know who DIDN’T ask me if it was gonna be a physical, etc) and I have to come back another day to be seen. I tell them I work every day and I can’t come back another day, and this lady tells me, “well, then how do you go to your doctors if you work every day?” Wow, I was speechless at this point!!! My final impression of this place? A serious mix of incompetence and laziness. Everyone here including doctors has no regard for their patients time. Ended up walking out. What a waste of time!!!
