Sadly they lie and manipulate the suchuashion to best fit their wants/needs (not the best interest of the person there serving).they will leave you hanging in a crisis for days. They will not help you get closure for anything that happens within their own agency. So if you feel traumatized by something they did (o well) they will not come back and talk to you about it at all.

Horrible service. They escalate some situations while also ignoring some for days. It’s very clear they do not provide adequate training, as there’s no real consistency in how they handle crisis. As much as this area of Franklin county needs mental health support, I highly recommend steering clear.

OK as long as your Insurance Pays for it but, if you are Homeless it isn't worth it.I know. I just wish my insurance paid for more time.....
Didn't Help Me with Finding a place to stay except a Shelter. I have Never been to a Shelter and I have Never been Homeless! Greenfield, MA hasn't been very kind to Homeless people....Me included.
I have to say that Respite has been good to me. Just wish I could stay longer with them. MA Insurance Needs to adjust their priorities with certain types of people.....

Due to a series of unfortunate events and miscommunications my family called CSO because they felt that I needed help. I was involuntarily taken into custody.

The justification used to do so were "homicidal tendencies." These were never expressed by me and the family and friends involved all have officially denied ever having said anything. I'm going with Occam here, I think CSO saw an easy case and embellished.

After the fact, when I was able to get out, it was like pulling teeth to get my records from the crisis report. When I went in to get the paperwork, the director accused me of recording her on my phone and then threatened to have me removed by the police.

These folks don't have any accountability but will have you locked up on a whim. The system is broken.

A guy that works there named Bob raised his hand to an autistic man is if you was going to punch him in the head and threatened him.
This is not the first time that this particular staff member has assaulted a client because I've been assaulted too.
When I left from there they tried to steal my Xbox and they stole my brand new boots as well.

They aren't that great. If you need help or looking for respite you have to hope there's a bed or you just get sent back home to deal with it by yourself. I've been there a few times and there are some staff who weren't very sensitive to why I was there. There needs to be better help for those who may be suffering a mental health crisis.

My family member unfortunately was in a position to need Crisis Services through CSO. We found them very helpful and personable. If you are in need of help, I definitely recommend asking CSO Crisis services for help.
