this is the second time this clinic has inconvenienced my family. I scheduled an appointment for 5pm and the automated message they sent me said to confirm my appointment for 5pm. No where did it state that i had to be at the clinic one hour before or else my appointment would be cancelled. I showed the front desk the message and she couldn't explain why the automated message didn't emphasize to be there by 4. There are better clinic providers with more knowledgeable staff within just a few miles from this clinic.

The front desk staff was absolutely helpful, I went to see the dentist and she explained to me everything I needed to know, give all the paperwork and asked the pertinent questions and I saw the Dentist Dr Aisha she was also a great help she was precise on what I needed and referred me to the Odontological specialist.
However, the Odintologyst prices were way too expensive for me. So I went to another place in Oxnard, I have all my needs taking care of.
Thus, I would and will refer people to this Dental office as it’s a good office.

After a series of unfortunate events I have been struggling with depression and severe anxiety for the past couple years, which has led me to neglect of myself, including my oral hygiene. This was the first dentist appointment that I’ve been to since feeling better, and trying to truly take care of myself. I was already feeling very ashamed of my mouth’s condition and worried about all the symptoms that I’ve been experiencing. I already know that my teeth needed help.
Instead of being uplifting, careful, and kind: the dentist tried to gaslight me into believing that the taste of my leaky filling was stomach acid, and made me feel very guilty about my mouths condition,. There’s a lot of care and maintenance that needs to be done with my mouth, which is why I went to a dentist. Unfortunately, this dentist was lazy and brash about my dental plan.
After my very uncomfortable teeth cleaning, the nurse could not have been more condescending when asking me if I had any questions.
Going to the dentist sucks, having health issues sucks. This dentist and her nurses do not make it any better or more comfortable. In fact, they make it worse and leave you feeling very cold and overlooked.
I hope that when I go back to get my fillings they take better care and more gentile and kind.

I love going here. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are patient and friendly as well. The doctors take the time to talk with you.
