Disappointed with how the office staff is handling my wife's post op appointments after her insurance transitioned over the new year. The insurance provider guarantees payment but Clinicas won't lift a phone to call and confirm. They have signs posted inside saying service won't be denied due to inability to pay but tells us we'll have to pay out of pocket since they won't do a thing to confirm our insurance will pay them. My wife is seeing a great doctor here, but it's disappointing she's being gatekept by office staff who are uncompassionate and unwilling to help.

First time patient without insurance. Staff is super professional and very nice too. Went by late in day to where I wouldn't be able to be seen due to filling out paperwork a first timer has to. Staff let me take home papers to complete so I could get in easily the next day with appointment that they set up for me. Wait wasn't long at all and the wait area is comfortable and clean. Doctor I saw was awesome. Took plenty of time checking me and finding out all that was ailing me. Discounted fees were amazing and saved me a good deal. Going back for a recheck on blood pressure which will be at not charge. Definitely going back next time I get sick. Thanks for making a first timer feel welcomed and cared for.

The overall experience was perfect. From the very beginning the service was outstanding. Booking a new patient appointment was very easy. They had an appointment available the same day. After meeting the doctor, being a new patient she ordered labs and other test to be done. The referral and labs department were extremely nice and helpful. They also had appointments readily available. Lastly, the doctor was very kind and welcoming. She addressed every question I had. Overall, I was very happy with all the services I received.

Everyone is pleasant and experienced with what they do. They take walkins with concerns and emergency issues. My dentist is amazing. She gives a thorough explanation about the treatment. The assistants are courteous,knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you do.

My name is Antonia Lucas, I’m a patient of Clinicas Del Camino Real. I’m very thankful to the doctors and staff. The have always been very efficient and caring. The staff even text me by phone to remind me of my doctors appointments. I get my medicine deliver to an office near my house and that is very convenient for me. I’m grateful that I can count on them for my doctors appointments. I’m a diabetic and I get the care that I need they have an extended medical professionals to help me and with their assistance I have been able to maintain my A1C lower. I’m so thankful and happy that I belong to Clinicas del Camino Real. I highly recommend Clinicas to my family and friends.

I usually go to the one in Ventura but a couple months ago, this site is the only one that had availability for me. I have not been to a more unorganized, unprofessional office in my life.
When it comes to checking in and filling out paperwork, it’s usually done in the waiting room. That didn’t happen for me. They gave me info on my insurance status when they brought me into the exam room instead of before. I specifically told them that if my insurance wasn’t going to cover the visit, that I’d rather skip it. They mentioned the “teal card” and had me fill out the forms for that one. As I waiting for them to put in application, the doctor showed up. I told the doctor I was waiting for the application before we can proceed with the visit. We were in mid conversation when one of the ladies came in. I shifted my attention to her to get info on results but this “doctor” very sternly and rudely forced me to keep my attention on him, not her. I gave him this look and he asked her if everything went through and that’s when she said yes, so he proceeded with the visit. After the visit, I was told they were having a hard time processing application and to wait in the waiting room then called me back up about 10 mins later and told me I didn’t qualify.
Unorganized and unprofessional… How they think this was okay and still bother me with a bill for the visit is truly unbelievable. They don’t even deserve the respect or the privilege to be in the medical field. Just a joke.

First in for most I like to say that the staff are very kind very nice they are really great at scheduling appointments getting you win when it’s important I appreciate the front desk very much. When I first got there for my Pregnancy my first check up I was Sarah dinkler a midwife who was awesome. I saw her for the duration of my pregnancy. But as I got closer to my due date I needed to switch over to my actual Doctor Who was Dr Monroe to schedule my C-section. He is also a good doctor but the problem that I had was that he talk too much during his appointment with his patients and wasn’t allowing enough time for other patients. I had an appointment at 1:45 today I was sitting in the doctors office until 245 and he had yet to even come into the room to see me there was seven people that came into the office after I was already waiting for my appointment when I decided to wait no longer I walked out to the front lobby and everybody was gone already I was still the last person to be seen. And he was still in the room with another patient once again talking a lot. So I made my next appointment with Sarah Dinkler once again and I choose not to see Monroe anymore for the fact that he is spending too much time talking about his life and other things that are not important and I am very dissatisfied with his patient care. If you have alot of time to spend on waiting at your appointment then I would say keep it but if not and you have things to do and you’re trying to be in and out with your appointment he is not to the go to.

The women's center is great! The dentist is fast and does a good job. The pediatrician on the other hand is terrible. Be prepared to wait 30 to 60 minutes past your appointment time (that doesn't even include the 30 minutes they want you there before your appointment) . Its infuriating.
