Came in July to make a health checkup appointment. The soonest was 4 months, till November. A long wait but ok, I waited. The day before my appointment they called to confirm info and told me they had to cancel due to information I was unaware of. THEY WAITED TILL THE DAY BEFORE. I had no time to adjust it now and they had to cancel my appointment. They had 4 months to let me know about this. I could have had everything done no biggie and still had my Health checkup. It's incredibly frustrating losing 4 months and the appointment because they waited till the last day to inform me. I won't be recommending this location for anything other than dental because this experience was awful, truly. No hate on the dental floor, they have been very nice and responsive.
