Was my first time visiting clinicas, the staff was very friendly, helpful, informative. They were quick and efficient and Dr. Song took her time with me
as a new patient to hear my concerns, get me the referrals I need as I changed insurance companies, and catch up on any ailments. Better experience than expected and absolutely no complaints.

The staff at the Clinicas Newbury Park Health Center were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. From the scheduling phone call for my first visit to scheduling the next visit at the end of my appointment, and every minute I'm between. Professional, caring, and patient. Such an excellent reflection of the healthcare systems heartbeat.

The Doctor was kind, informative, and a complete doll when it came to gently handling my spinal care and health recommendations.

Just as at my Clinicas primary care center in Camarillo, the staff at Newbury Park was very kind and professional. Dr. Holly is very thorough and extremely kind and knowledgeable. Her assistant, Gabriella went above and beyond my expectations in finding me a referral appointment.

I am very appreciative of the care by the doctors and staff at Clinicas and I recommend Clinicas to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Padmaja and Jose provided excellent service, however, I have some concerns regarding the behavior of certain staff members. Despite a pleasant interaction with the receptionist upon arrival, I encountered an issue with the hygienist during our appointment. The hygienist appeared to be rude, speaking quickly and causing confusion for my child, who couldn't understand her. When I politely requested patience, her response was dismissive and even more rude, stating that there were other patients waiting and urging us to hurry.

I was taken aback by this exchange and requested to work with someone else. Fortunately, Jose stepped in and ensured a friendly experience for my child. My concern lies in the treatment of patients by certain staff members. It's essential for all employees to uphold professional standards of conduct, regardless of their role. If individuals find themselves unable to maintain a positive demeanor, perhaps it's time for them to reconsider their career choice.

Clinics should prioritize investing in employee training to cultivate a customer focused environment. However, this should not be misconstrued as granting employees the right to behave unprofessionally or rudely towards clients. It's imperative that all staff members understand the importance of providing courteous and respectful service to every patient they encounter.

I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Angela Sepúlveda. Every time we visited, we felt rushed and felt our health concerns were not being taken seriously. Dr. Sepulveda never has the common courtesy to ask if you have any additional questions and often cuts the appointment short, leaving many of your questions unaddressed. She’s always rushing out the room, moving on to the next patient. As a patient, I expect doctors to be thorough and attentive, but unfortunately, that has not been the case with this Dr. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Sepulveda to anyone seeking comprehensive and considerate medical care. Hopefully she'll read this review and consider changing her bad bedside manners.

Always a great experience at Clinicas Dental Clinic in Newbury Park. Dr. Matthew Maddox treats every patient as if you’re the only patient there. He is gentle and kind and always keeps me at ease and explains everything he’s doing. Highly recommend Dr. Maddox, the best dentist I’ve ever seen.
