The app was tolerable up until the redesign last week. There’s pretty much no such thing as urgent shifts. All the urgent shifts are the same pay as regular shifts. At this moment I just don’t see the point in continuing with clipboard.

So among the many horrible reviews I thought let me share my experience. My account got restricted even after showing proof that my car was towed as to the reason that I could not show up to my shift. I called the facility HOURRRSSSSSS before I was due to arrive and the scheduling coordinator said she was going to mark me a no call no show although I called so that they did not get penalized for the cancelation. Now my account is restricted for 1 year and no one can help.

I reach out to facilities that I have been at who are sending me invites to work and are now CANCELING prebooked shifts that were scheduled a week before and canceling them the day before I am due to show up but YET they do not get penalized.

Make it make sense!!!!!! I understand not doing courtesies often but if there is actual PROOF! then the account should not be restricted especially for 1 year. days- few weeks (if its a regular thing) but a year!!!!

When I started with clipboard I really liked it. That was over 2 years ago. I have came to realize that clipboard does not have your back on anything, they always side with the facilities. These facilities are getting worse by the day. They have an automatic system that will take your shifts away, even if you have an emergency they want documents right away. Or you get penalized. So they take all your shifts away, when you do get them the information they want you have to scramble to hopefully get your shifts back. When they do take your shifts not only does that hurt you, it hurts the facility to. Now the facilities have to scramble to fill a shift that was already filled. I have heard from facilities that clipboard doesn't let them know until the last minute that they removed you. Facilities get tired of the nonsense, then they dnr the workers, clipboard penalizes you for that to. When it really could have been avoided. Plus the pay has went down. Who wants to go work in a facility and put up with all the nonsense that goes on there for 19-20 an hour. Better off going to work at McDonald's.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! You have a better chance with signing up for other apps. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written when it comes to jobs. This app is for the facilities they are not for their workers!!!!! What Kendrick Lamar say “ HEY HEY HEY HEY RUN FOR YOUR LIFEEEEEE”

Pay is insulting and far less than what I've seen since 2016. If prices were fair it could be great. Also no taxes are taken out which means your working as an independent contractor. I had high hopes but sadly the pay is unrealistic and you could get more working at a fast food establishment. I am all done with the app after 3 months waiting for a normal rate shift (over 20 dollars).

Love it! High paying urgent shifts for RN's.... You just gotta be quick to grab them! Never have any problems speaking with customer service agents, they've sided with me before when I cancelled a shift due to unsafe nurse patient ratio. And I get paid the minute I clock out. Nothing bad to say about CB! Hope they get more facilities in Georgia!

I don't even want to give it one star. Clipboard partners with stripe and paylocity which are giving me hell trying to get my 1099 done for my taxes. The logins are horrible! I can't even identify myself with my own information! Paylocity will not give me my 1099 information. You can't speak to anyone personally at clipboard and strike refers you to paylocity. This has been one hell of a ride! 😡

This is not a good company to work for they don’t care about clinicians just as connectRN doesn’t they say they accept documentation to excuse call outs but they don’t they’re app penalizes you as a no call no show even when you choose the sent home option and they don’t assist with having the facility verify any information no matter what type of documentation you provide they don’t believe you they don’t confirm anything they say their doctors note have to be verified but won’t explain the verification process. This company changes rates of the shift every minute or so and the rates are low might as well be staff. The customer service representatives seem to never know anything you are talking about or don’t understand and are never helpful. They don’t even have that much work to pick up in the DMV. They kept reversing my pay for hours that I legitimately worked because a facility preference was an 12 hour payout that doesn’t even make sense then I would have to contact them every time to put it back because that’s illegal. The started this thing where you have to submit documentation for why you didn’t get a break and it has to be a minimum of so many characters and that deters the payout process so breaks are forced. Only good thing about this platform is the instant pay THAT IS IT.
