If I would give I will give this place negative points as much as I can. First I call this place and representative made my appointment for 11 am for my son. Then I reached this place at 10:45, 15 minutes before my appointment and the lady in the front reception said no your appointment is at 11:45, anyway I was waiting in the waiting area they called me in 11:15 I was like wow that’s fast. The guy took all my son’s vital and said provider will be with you shortly. That’s shortly was 2 hours. I asked twice how long and he’s like your the next and then I asked again he said Dr is seeing someone else but I said you were telling me I’m the next he said sorry. Really sorry . You wasted my 3 hours and sorry won’t cover those. Dr V or D whatever her name has no respect for people time and what situation they are going and why they are here. Just a suggestion avoid this place. Specially Dr. V or D. She don’t even deserve to be Dr.

I personally would not pick this center. The way you are treated is honestly beyond ridiculous. I had two pregnancies and both experiences were terrible. My first pregnancy I felt judged and disrespected by the main OBGYN. The second pregnancy they kept canceling appointments with 0 notice until I was about 5 months pregnant. I understand people who come here because of the low income/ insurance being medical. I will be looking into other options because of how terrible staff can be.

You need to spare 2-3 hours of your schedule if you want to visit this center. They make an appointment then let you wait an hour in the lobby. Then a nurse take the vitals and make you wait another hour in the room. Ridiculous. Its so hard to wait in a small room with no entertainment with a toddler and a baby.

Don't know what happened to this place it went downhill. Marie Georges should not be in the medical field, I think she needs a different job. She's very rude. They scheduled my son with her cuz her Dr is no longer there Dr. Reese. My son said she walked in the room started asking her like 20 questions and my son said he's trying to answer the first question but she kept asking more questions. My son hurt his ankle from playing football years ago and he's been going to Dr. Reese and his employer gave him some medical forms to be filled out by the doctor. Marie Georges was asking her all these questions, oh how did you get hurt and she told him you should stay home you shouldn't be working anymore. My son told her everything is in my chart, you didn't read my chart and she said oh that's online. She didn't want to fill out my son's medical forms the employer asked for she told him that he has to go see the physical therapist and they should fill them out. My son said she also put the stethoscope on his chest and she was rushing him to breathe, my son said mom I'm trying to exhale the first breath and she keeps telling me to breathe in breath out, she was very rude to my son. And she told my son to remove his shoes and my son said do you want me to remove the shoe on the bad foot only and she told my son, how many feet do you have. This Marie Georges needs to go, she's very rude to the patients. My son needed his medical forms to be filled out two months ago but this Marie Georges is giving him the runaround.

What a joke this facility is. They give you the run around and don’t do a damn thing to actually help you. The Dr this last visit wasn’t even going to walk all the way in the room for the visit, literally stayed at the door halfway in the room halfway out. I’m changing my kids to another place, I’m over it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I dislike the doctors. They keep recommending the same tests on my daughter, even after I tell them she passed those tests! It was a hearing test for my autistic daughter.

I made CMC my Primary so I could get an ENT referral. That was in early Feb. It's now late April and I have the same ear problem I had in Nov when I first went to the ER with severe ear pain. When it still had not cleared up by Xmas despite 3 rounds of antibiotics, I found out I have to select a Primary care provider to get an ENT referral. I saw Geeta at CMC on Feb 10. She checked my ear and then set me up for standard stuff I hadn't done for a while unrelated to my ear. I thought that was probably not a bad idea. I had not had any health probs or been to a Dr in 15 yrs. On 2/29 during my webex appt to hear unrelated lab results I found out she had forgotten to schedule my ENT. When the appt was finally set in mid March for an April appt I discovered it was a hearing test! She had forgotten about my infected ear because I'm older and she just figured Hearing probs. Not so. I told them I don't need that appt. The receptionist got my records from Doc's Hosp at that point, which Geeta should have already had since I handed them to her on 2/10. On April 2 the referral was again in progress. It's now 26 days later but still no appt for the one thing I went in for. So people saying it takes months to see a specialist aren't kidding. Meanwhile I've been living with an infected ear that has disgusting stuff come out of it and intermittent pain since Nov. I've never in my life seen health care this slow Thanks Obama.

Marie Georges is the worst doctor i have ever met. The 3rd time I schedule an appt with a different dr each time due to the providers leaving cmc. Anyways, i waiting 30 min in the room finally she came in without introducing herself and said “whats wrong?” I said i was here for ultrasound results and she said i dont have them what else. She did not care showed no interest in seeing me, my results could of shown something major and she didnt bother wanting to find out. My next problem was stomach pain she refused to feel where i was having the pain and said “i dont want to touch your stomach i know you’re fine”. I left crying because i felt unwanted, not cared for and she just walked out saying im young and beautiful if i have pain i came schedule next time. No medicine no nothing. Worthless visit ever. Felt humiliated and overall upset cried the rest of the day. Almost felt as if she wasent even a real doctor just a person wanting to move on to the next patient.
